Humble opinion, if I may offer it. I don't think it's that much of a toxic trait, i think it's an ok coping mechanism. Maybe not the healthiest in the long run but if it helps you in the moment then I see not much harm in doing so :0

It was supposed to be a little light-hearted stab at myself and I forgot to use a tone indicator (again). But yeah, it's actually something I forgot all about until booted up Minecraft this morning to goof around while I ate breakfast. I got a good chuckle out of it.
