Human Whimiscott girl! This is one of my pokémon I have in Shield.

 It was a bit hard doing a good clothing for her, but I think its very good starting with a simple style :)

Also I named her Rachel!

I drew this for a challenge not too long ago~. I was assigned Ella the doll, from The silver eyes. I assigned her as a fairy type gym leader as apparent by her team and misty terrain hehe. I’m pretty happy with how this came out and even defaulted to a more anime look to give it a light hearted feeling.
