I have a problem with 'false albino' anime characters. While I admit having white hair and red eyes is very cool and ethereal, I am yet to see a real albino in media. Like...someone who actually have this condition.
The Albinos still suffer a lot prejudice in society and even worse in some places (like being hunted for body parts in certain parts of Africa), so I think they deserve that at least.
