Rest Day!

Why do you train?  I train so I can run far, faster, and better.  I also train so that I can be bigger, stronger, and harder to kill. :)  There are other reasons though.  So I can be a better looking husband, so I can teach my kids to be athletes, so I can be an example for my children...  The list goes on.  How about you?
