The train scene happens and he's watching the sherliam happening and his heart is breaking etc etc. The longer William brings Sherlock around, the more he gets to know him...

Suddenly one day he's coughing up irises too.

I forgot to share my afghan hound’s redesign over here! His name is Willou, like “willow” but a mix of the names Will & Lou. He’s pretty much some kinda “ideal” pseudo dogsona. He’s becoming his own character but I love him so much compared to his old design & personality from many years ago. ♥

MTP Angst week made me realize that we have a missed opportunity in Louis hanahaki.

Like either a) he hides it so he doesn't worry William because he thinks his heart disease has come back and there can be plenty of angst around that (bonus points if his feelings are for William and so William ends up feeling like it is his "fault")

Or would Louis be terrified and vocal about it because he isn't supposed to have pain there anymore? What is happening?

Either way. Imagine if William ends up knowing Louis has hanahaki, but Louis refuses to tell him who. William recognizes Louis' stubbornness and encourages him to get the surgery, because he'd rather have his brother alive, not realizing until Louis comes out (alive, mostly well) that Louis doesn't recognize him anymore. That he has no idea who he is.

What would William choose? (Bonus points if William is already in a relationship with like Sherlock or Albert, so Louis has real reason to expect his feelings to not be returned).
