I’m not sure which toys you mean because I have too many alsdhsfdk. But I’ll just list down what and where you can get ‘em! :D

Disney Infinity TFA characters [Rey + Finn] [Poe] [Kylo Ren] (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE because the design for the Disney Infinity line is superb and the sculpt and paint job is of very high quality) Got these at local game stores. If you’re interested, do get them asap because I don’t think they make them anymore after they cancelled the game.

LEGO Buildable Figures. [Kylo Ren] [Jakku Rey]Funko Pop Bobbleheads [Jakku Rey] [Starkiller Kylo] [Kylo Ren]

I got the Lego ones in Lego stores. Locally you can get them from licensed retailers, Toys R Us, Legoland Johor or independent toy dealers. Legos are a pain on your wallet though o<-<

Funko related items are sold locally at Sheldonet (main distributor), Toys R Us, Hamley’s, and almost everywhere now :| Sheldonet has the lowest prices.

Hallmark Itty Bittys [Rey] [Kylo Ren]

Available at Hallmark stores and Borders Malaysia. Also comes in TLJ versions, though it’s hard to get them here.

AND LASTLY MY BABIES [Nendoroid Kylo Ren] [MAFEX Kylo Ren]

I’m not too big of a fan when it comes to The Black Series figurines because I find the Hasbro toys to be not worth it compared to Asian toymakers like Bandai, Good Smile, Medicom Toy, etc…
