Watching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood with a friend who is seeing it now for the first time (no spoilers) and oh my god. So good. Just made it half way through Flame of Vengeance. Still just as good as the first time I saw it lmao.

I know its been said before but this site has a very traditional-story-arc understanding of PTSD and mental health related conditions/experiences. Like once you've had an experience where you can release some repressed emotions it means youre "cured," like it isn't something you need to manage for the rest of your life, even when you arent meeting clinical criteria anymore
