"I had never seen a woman treat men the way she did, luring them with her catlike eyes; tugging them around by the shirt collar; dragging her spindly fingers across their pecs. Meg teased her friends and foes, taunting them with an air of mystery that implied she harbored secrets.”
Meg is unlike any other female character in the Disney universe, many of her characteristics were previously reserved for male characters and thus makes her a very unusual Disney heronine. Her cynical nature varying greatly from the usual prim and proper image of the female interests. And she is also unlike any other villian, constantly jumping over the line between good and evil instead of being completely good or completely bad. While Bella may not find herself trailing over to the good side, Meg’s independence and cyncial outlook on life matches quite well with the former Slytherin witch.

LUCA (2021): Alberto Scorfano is an independent, free-spirited 14-year-old sea monster with unbridled enthusiasm for the human world. Expressive and gregarious, he is all about having fun, so inviting a fellow sea monster to hang out above the surface is a no-brainer for Alberto.
