I’ve been looking back at some of my pictures from my trip to Yellowstone last summer, and I miss it so much. This was the first time I’ve been to Yellowstone despite having been very interested in it since I was a little kid (can you tell I was raised on WolfQuest)

What kind of tracks are those in the middle? I didn’t think horses lived inside of the park ^

The scenery was so beautiful. I really love open spaces. Surprisingly I miss the smell of the hot springs

At one of the places we stayed at (I believe it was outside of the park) the neighbors had a few horses that hung out at the front of the house. They were all so sweet and the buckskin (?) let me pet her :D

At the house they had a dvd of Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron, so I got to watch that one of the nights, which was great

I want to go back to the park sometime. I’d like to make it an annual thing, but right now I am not independent enough. One day I’ll make it happen! One day!

I drew this for me and my wife because I am reconnecting a lot with how I felt when I was younger and didn't have so much pressure to fit into a box, I am the pink haired wolf and my wife is the green haired fox!!

I'm not therian, idk what term I am but y'all are very cool!! Keep living your lives to the fullest!! 🩷🩷

Masks are traced from IRL animals because I'm not used to drawing more realistic and I need to build the muscle memory!

Things I know for certain:

I like making animal vocals.

I am a black cat therian with psychological theories to explain this.

I have happy tail wag phantom limb experiences.

I am probably magic kin (cladokin style).

Things I don't know:

I am not sure about my magic kin shifts or if I have any.

Am I wolf kin, fox kin, both, or something similar? Currently I label these connections as otherheart/kith.

I just remembered I made stamps of some of my ‘types (horse, wolf, and bear).

I want to make more but I have to go find some more old erasers I can cut up :3c

Venting >>>

Been dealing with some form of agoraphobia for a long time now, not MASSIVE but enough to give me a very hard time even getting the mail, in the recent year it's stretched to not even being able to go outside my house to just walk around in the yard.

That's especially tough because I've always loved things like camping, but it's reached into my head that if I go in my yard SOMETHING bad will happen, snakes biting me, sudden rabid animals, etc.

Well today I decided to start teaching myself to enjoy nature again, to just sit outside on the bare ground and just let myself exist to show that it's okay, so far I already feel a bit better, the anxiety is still there for sure but I feel good right now 🩷

I officially identify as therian [theriotype/pet space is black cat], otherkin [magic kintype, cadokin] and wolf & fox kith. I own some black cat therian gear and non-wearable kith gear. :)

History:

I discovered the term otherheart/kith and self identified myself on April 10, 2023. My kithtype is cat/feline and possibly wolf/canine & aves. I have been practicing quadrobics occasionally ever since I found out about therians a few years ago. I own some cheap feline gear mainly from also being a furry. Discovered/ self-id as supportlinking on May 3, 2023 and pet space on May 15, 2023.
