More inspiration from Worst Cooks! This week Anne’s team made pizza with a cauliflower crust and Rachael’s team made their’s with a frittata crust. Pizza and low carb are my two favorite words! We decided to try the frittata crust and it turned out wonderfully! I used cottage cheese, spinach, mushrooms, onions and garlic in the frittata and topped it with tomato sauce, spices, pepperoni and mozzarella!
