I think its funny that because the Runecarver makes literally all of the jailer’s stuff including the armor and constructs as well as forges and anything crafted of metals, his face is displayed all over it. The forges are the Runecarver’s head, the armor masks look like him, his mask is in parts of the architecture... Think of the amount of "screw you” involved; to be forced into labor and building everything in the world for the jailer, and putting your face on every single one of them. The jailer won’t know how build it without it so it’s equally funny. I like to imagine the Runecarver said “You can force me to build but you will never be rid of me” and every day the jailer just has to see his face plastered everywhere. Imagine getting up at night to go to the bathroom and the entire room is just this guys head. The sink, the facet, the outlet,,, Truly a incredible move on the Runecarver’s part. He could have just as easily made things without his face on it or changed it to the jailers, but nope. His face for eternity. I applaud this level of petty.
