So I was going through my statistics on AO3 and I realized I had a series of drabbles i had started and forgotten about. So I go back to look at them again and do some writing, and I realize I gotta add Dionysia... soooooo

Please help me with ideas on where the Dio boys would find the reader napping! (Or where fem jo would find us, I'm more than happy to include a fem and a masc one for Jo). I usually do in house locations but out of house works too! Thank you everyone for ideas and hopefully I'll remember to post here as well as AO3. If not, find me there as Tylwyth.

ok so say...hypothetically....you're writing something in the third person, and the character you're following uses mirror pronouns.*

What pronouns would you use on them? We know who the character is in this scenario, and its been made clear that they use mirror pronouns. They're not talking with anyone, they're alone in this scene.

I, in this hypothetical scenario, would use they/them, as I used in this paragraph, cuz I kinda just...default to they/them, since it's gender neutral. But I don't know if that's the right set of pronouns, or if there even is a right set of pronouns.

Okay so, I have a fantasy story where Elemental Gods want some predators to live together in groups to symbolise that they are chosen and help each other train their skills. Among many; cats, wolves and foxes are the main predators living together in Packs and mixed together. As an example it's normal to see 2 wolves, 7 foxes and 5 cats form their own Packs and live in it in this universe, since all of them are chosen by the Gods and equals.

My question is how this would affect the three animals' body language? They can understand each others' speech, so i want to focus on body language and mannerisms. What would change and what would stay within these predators' nonverbal communication?

Alright Hobbit & LOTR writer friends, I need some help.

I'm trying to figure out some dwarven alternatives for phrase that typical are written with the words 'man' or 'men'. These are coming from Thorin's perspective and I don't think he would refer to his Company like a commander says, "His men" since the race of Men are a separate entity to Dwarves and Dwarf-men. Plus, Thorin has a dislike for the race of Men, so I don't think he would equate his dwarven companions to men.

Examples from Thorin's perspective that need changed:

His men protested loudly.

If you were one of my men, I'd...

The men around the table laughed riotously.

...with my men?

Gentlemen (is Gentlefolk alright? Gentlepeople? Gentledwarves?)

The hardest part is when there aren't just dwarves in the scene (Bilbo and Gandalf or even some Elves) so I can't always say 'the dwarves'.

It’s weird to say, but I kind of think I’m stuck on my next fic for the Rocker and Tommy are twins series. It’s just Rocker and Buck in this fic, but I’m having trouble writing tension between the two of them. And I think I wrote myself into a hole by saying Rocker gave Buck a lot of shit when they first met. So should I try and find ways to incorporate those moments (that are truly undefined) into this fic or should this kind of skip past all of that and pretend they’ve smoothed things over past whatever happened?

I’d love to hear some thoughts because I’m well and truly stuck and any time I’m stuck on something, all of my other writing projects suffer as well.
