What’s Inside the January NOVLbox?
Hey NOVLers! We’re back with another reveal and this time we’re showing off the contents of the NOVLbox curated by Josh Sundquist, author of We Should Hang Out Sometime. He put together an awesome package that he refers to as a ‘Dating by the Scientific Method Starter Kit’ and we think it perfectly compliments his book—which is now available in paperback! Check it out:
Notebook of graphing paper for diagramming relationship problems (for maximum accuracy, consider using all of these: bar graphics, line charts, Venn diagrams, pie charts, flow chart and normal curves)
Sharpie for drawing those graphics. Josh used a black Sharpie to draw all the graphics in WSHOS!
Calculator watch. To calculate the odds of someone liking you as soon as you meet that person.
Real, self-tie bow tie. Because bow-ties are cool. This is also an exact replica of the one Josh wore to the Miss America pageant and to prom!
We Should Hang Out Sometime. Now with an extended happy ending!
Signed bookplate. WSHOS-themed with Josh’s autograph!
Six Impossible Things by Fiona Wood. A book recommendation from Josh! He says: It’s funny and touching and oh-so-real feeling. It reminded me a lot of Eleanor & Park.
NOVL tote bag. To carry all the books & swag.
A huge thank you to Josh for curating such a fun NOVLbox!
Like what you see? The next one won’t be the same, but we can promise that it will be just as awesome. Enter to win the February NOVLbox, curated by the editors behind the Poppy Imprint at Little, Brown Books for Young Readers.
