I feel the same. Someone told me the Babadook was apparently revolutionary (although I’d have to see that for myself). Hollywood has kind of killed horror tbh

i love horror movies that actually leave you in suspense/make you think, like psycho and shutter island and the sixth sense :) otherwise the others are p much garbage tbh haha

I´ve never seen Shutter Island, I didn´t like Psycho and I have not even bothered to watch The Sixth Sense because I already know how it ends

1. First musical you saw?when i was little my mom used to take me to these “storybook theatre” musicals (like public domain fairytales set to music) and i loved those. my first broadway show was beauty and the beast when i was four, though.

8. Least favorite musical(s)?legally blonde and annie 

15. Most overrated play(s)?i just finished reading The Scottish Play and i didn’t like it nearly as much as i hoped to with the exception of the lady m hand-washing scene and the scene where lady macduff/macduff’s kid is murdered and like idk i like hamlet so much more (i found them similar in a lot of ways i don’t mean ALL SHAKESPEARE IS THE SAME by this comment) i think That Play is overrated. that’s just the first thing to come to mind. yeah.

21. Favorite score(s)?ohhhh wow. west side story, spring awakening, next to normal, dirty rotten scoundrels (i am a one woman army for david yazbek musicals they’re all brilliant but drs is my fave), and the last 5 years. 

32. What is your dream show?i would love to be in rent and les mis. and heathers. and spring awakening. but i think the ultimate one is rent.
