Complex flag template

The stripes are in order of how they should be placed.

Background stripes

The gray stripes and the white stripes can go in any order but must be places first in the template.

Ruffles

The ruffles must start with the black stripes, then the black ruffles, then the gray ruffles on top.

Middle ruffles stripe

The ruffles must start with the white double sided ruffles, then the black ruffles, then the white stripe.

The stars

They can go in any order.

The top layer has to be the gray layer and the bottom layer has to be the white layer. The microphone and music note can go in any order, but the black layer should be on top.
