Request Guidelines
We love that you guys seem to really like our transmogs, to the point where we currently have 120+ requests in our queue! (Which we are trying to get through, but we have busy lives and not as much time to spare for mogging these days as we’d like.)
To make things a bit easier for us (and to make sure that what we mog for you is what you wanted), please keep these guidelines in mind when when submitting a transmog request:
Tell us what class, race, and gender the transmog is for. Without knowing your class, we don’t know what items to work with. Without knowing your race, we won’t be able to tailor the ‘mog to something that will look great on your character. Gender is helpful to further finetune the look, but not strictly necessary.
Tell us a bit about the type of transmog you want. “A blue mage transmog” isn’t going to inspire us much. It’s helpful to give us a theme to work with, items you want to include, or some details about the colours and general look or feel. The more we know, the better we can transmog for you. (You can find a couple of examples of great requests here, here and here.)
Specify if you want the head and/or cloak slot to show, and what weapon type you’d like. (Otherwise we’ll decide according to our own taste.) Don’t want to grind PvP for honour/conquest or not able to solo raids above Cataclysm? Let us know, and we’ll exclude that content from your transmog.
Before submitting a request, have a look through our previously posted transmogs and see if there’s anything similar in there to what you’re looking for. If a request is too similar to a transmog we’ve already made, we’ll likely just point you towards that.
We reserve the right to ignore any requests that don’t give us enough information to go on.
While we try to work through the list of requests chronologically, sometimes we pick out one that we think is particularly interesting and work on that first. If your request hasn’t been fulfilled yet while your buddy who sent something in more recently gets theirs posted, that doesn’t mean we’ve decided not to do yours. Please don’t spam us with the same request multiple times, unless you’re adding in additional information. This makes it much harder to keep track of things and only clogs up our askbox.
In closing, a little request from us to you. If you end up using one of our transmogs for one of your characters, post a pic and tag us, so we can check it out! We love seeing folks running around in one of our creations :)
