Square One Challenge - Day 8
Day 8 - Chest & Back....I did much better. Still around the 20 push ups a set average but I'm not going to push it and hurt myself. I'm also varying my pull-up exercises since that's what strained my neck last time so I'm using bands and different set ups on how I am changing it up a bit.
No Ab Ripper X due to time so I'll do it before Plyo tomorrow. I ran around a bit during lacrosse and then we had Fit Club tonight at the www.RochesterFitClub.com and we did Kathy Smith's Project You: Type 2. That workout was awesome. I worked my butt off and it was way tougher than I expected but totally perfect if you are beginner just getting into the game again. Totally modifiable and Kathy Smith has been in the game for a while and she knows her stuff. Loved this workout and I plan on writing a review of the program in the near future.

Grilled Veggies and a big salad with organic mixed greens, organic spinach, avocado, tomato, and Chicken. So good. Plus I replaced Breakfast and Lunch today with Shakeology. Poor planning and being lazy (I didn't want to cook today) Shakeology filled the void.
And here is a video of me in the 2nd round of Chest and Back doing Dive Bombers. I did Nine. Not bad for my second week. Last week I only did 8 and I took out the "Back under the fence" part.
Square One Challenge - Day 4, 5, 6, & 7
I got busy with the Game Plan event here in Rochester along with my biz and lacrosse, I fell behind on updates. Day 4: Thursday - I swaped out yoga x for PHH Stretch due to time. Nutrition was 3/5. Day 5: Friday - Legs & Back w/ ARX. I did that with Jeremy Redd, BB Sales director for the East. Nutrition 4/5 again Day 6: Saturday was Game Plan - No workout, 2/5 on food Day 7: Sunday - reviews my notes and slept in so no workout. Ate crap too so 1/5. Not the best couple of days. I really have been struggling when I get to Thursday. Cannot figure out why. Maybe it's yoga, maybe it is poor planning, maybe it is cause the weekend is coming,maybe cause Thursday tends to be the busiest day of the week for me or maybe it is all of the above.
