i've been using yandex browser for a month now. its just chrome but in russian + a bit better looking hehe i've been using its assistant alice to read me webpages in russian (only for pc, mobile version doesnt have this feature, & am not sure abt tablets). im not really sure if all of the pronounciations are accurate but it helps :-)
