You slam the bathroom door shut, chest heaving as you grip the sink for support. Your heart is racing, your emotions an uncontrollable mess. Staring at your reflection in the mirror, you see your mascara smudging beneath watery eyes, lips trembling as you try to even out your breathing.
A knock on the door startles you.
“Why are you hiding from your boyfriend?” your best friend’s amused voice filters through.
“What?” you sniffle, trying to sound as normal as possible.
They don’t even hesitate before pushing the door open, stepping in with their arms crossed. “He bought you flowers.”
You nod furiously, pressing the heel of your palm against your teary eyes. “Yes! And that’s the problem!”
They blink. “Yeah… honey, that’s normal. Especially since it’s Valentine’s Day.” They pause, taking in your tear-streaked face and the slight hiccup in your breath. “Wait… why are you crying?”
“I don’t know! I just am! I’m a pathetic, emotional wreck,” you wail, fresh tears spilling over as you sink to the floor.
“Oh honey,” they sigh, crouching down beside you. “You need to get up and go see your man. He looks like he ran over your puppy or something.”
Your heart twists at the thought of Yang Yang waiting for you outside, probably pacing in confusion, wondering why you ran off after he handed you a bouquet of your favorite flowers.
“But I look—I look terrible!” You motion vaguely at your face, your ruined makeup, your slightly puffy eyes.
“Doesn’t matter. Go to him, now.”
You hesitate but, at their urging, finally push yourself up. Taking a deep breath, you wipe at your face, trying to make yourself presentable before stepping out of the bathroom.
Yang Yang is right there, standing stiffly near the door, gripping the bouquet like it might fall apart. His eyes widen when he sees you.
“Baby…” His voice is soft, hesitant. “Are you okay?”
You let out a shaky laugh. “No,” you admit, “but not because of you.”
He frowns, taking a step closer. “Did I do something wrong? Was it the flowers? I—I thought you liked roses.”
You shake your head quickly, guilt bubbling up as you realize how worried he looks. “No! I love them. It’s just…” You exhale. “I wasn’t expecting them, and then I got emotional, and now I look like a mess.”
Yang Yang tilts his head, studying you for a moment before gently placing the bouquet on the nearby table. Then, without hesitation, he cups your face in his hands, thumbs brushing away any lingering dampness on your cheeks.
“You look perfect,” he murmurs, leaning down to press a kiss to your forehead. “Crying or not.”
You bite your lip, heart swelling as fresh tears threaten to spill. “You’re too sweet.”
“I try,” he teases, a small grin tugging at his lips. “So, can I finally take my girlfriend on our Valentine’s date, or are you going to hide from me again?”
You let out a watery laugh before throwing your arms around him. “I love you,” you whisper into his shoulder.
Yang Yang hugs you tighter. “I love you more.”
And just like that, the flowers don’t seem so overwhelming anymore.

"I'm in love with Xiao Nai."
Bei WeiWei's words kept repeating in your head, growing louder and louder by the minute.
How could you not feel bad to both her and yourself. Her, because you were dating him, and yourself because she was so much better than you.
She was one of the number one pretty girls in your school in both looks and personality, she was skinny and cute. She had good grades and most importantly, she fitted with Xiao Nia unlike you. They both played games, being married in their main game, and playing it almost every day for hours. You knew that they played that much, because you were with Xiao Nia most of the time as he played.
But you also knew that everyone else thought that they were a perfect fit for each other, hearing the whispers of them while you walked on the campus. You always walked next to them, but they are usually to immersed into their game strategies to even notice that you were lagging behind or to hear the whispers from the students. Even when they were playing, Xiao Nia's teammates were always joking about their relationship. Even when you knew they were joking, you couldn't help but pay attention to the words.
3 days later, you still hadn't figured out whether you should tell WeiWei about your relationship with Xian Nia or if you should just give up and wallow in self pity. Your mind decided on the latter and soon enough, you were losing all control of yourself.
Hours of not eating as you cried soon turned into starving yourself, only eating once in a few days to stay alive. Your emotions started to fade in public, but once home every emotions crashed into you at once. And finally, you started to shut out everyone that tried to talk to you or show any concern. Including your boyfriend.
He had already noticed everything, noticing how thin you had grown or how quiet you had become or the fact that you avoided being near him. He was worried, trying to get you to talk to him. Then he gave up in being nice.
"(Y/n)!" Xiao Nia yelled, running after you before softly grabbing your arm to turn you around to face him. You flinched, not having heard him before tensing up when you noticed his gaze. It was full of worry, but your mind translated it to pity and you didn't want that. So you removed his hand from your arm before awkwardly putting your hands in your pockets.
"What?" Your voice was hoarse, you had cried all night after all, and he sighed softly before leading you to an empty class room. Once the door closed, he held your hands softly,
"What's wrong?" He asked, leaning forward so his face was in front of yours while placing his hands on your shoulders softly. You looked down, not wanting to look him in the eye.
"Nothing..." "Don't lie, please." His voice cracked slightly, but you didn't look up as tears started welling up in your eyes.
"Please tell me what's wrong." He asked and you broke down, pushing him off before screaming out.
"Everything is! WeiWei is in love with you and I can never compare to her! She's perfect in every way and I'm not even a quarter worth of her!" You screamed loudly before crashing to the ground when your knees gave out. Xiao Nia looked at you in shock before kneeling in front of you and holding your face in his hands, softly wiping away the tears that were cascading down your face.
"She isn't in love with me. She mistook our friendship as love."
-Flashback-
WeiWei smiled at Xiao Nia as she sipped her drink, waiting for him to join her at the table. When he did, she just smiled brighter and put her drink down.
"Why did you want to see me?" Xiao Nia asked as he drank from his own drink before crossing his legs. WeiWei sighed, putting her drink down before speaking up.
"I'm in love with you." She said confidently, but Xiao Nia didn't show much of a reaction.
"I think you're mistaken..." He finally answered and WeiWei frowned, a bit annoyed.
"I know my own feelings." "Do you really love me though? Or do you just think of me as a really good friend?" He asked and she sighed, leaning back in her chair.
"Then what do I feel for you?" "Maybe you just feel a good friendship with me?" Xiao Nia questioned, shrugging his shoulders as WeiWei leaned back to think.
"Think of it this way. Do you want to kiss me or anything in that range?" He asked and WeiWei shook her head quickly before seemingly realizing.
"I think you're right." She then said, chuckling slightly in awkwardness.
"Good, because I also have a girlfriend." He continued and WeiWei looked up in shock.
"You do? Who?" "(Y/n)." He answered nonchalantly and WeiWei almost spit out her drink.
"What?! But she didn't say anything when I told her." WeiWei said, but Xiao Nia didn't answer once again and only hummed again. He didn't know how to respond to the new information.
-End Flashback-
"But-" "Don't. You are perfect, you don't need to change yourself to fit someone else's standards. I fell in love with you because you're you. You have flaws, but I love you despite those and you don't need to change anything." He spoke and you hiccupped softly as he wiped away your tears before kissing your forehead sweetly. He then pulled away from you and looked you up and down.
"You've lost too much weight..." He stated as his hands fell to your hips, eyes slightly widening as he felt how skinny you really were underneath your sweater.
"Did you have lunch?" He asked and you looked at him before shaking your head, which then triggered a loud rumbling from your stomach.
"Let's get you some food then." He said before helping you up, his hand settling on the small of your back to guide you. He guided you to the cafeteria, grabbing some food and paying before pulling you out again and to the empty classroom again.
"Let's eat here." He said as he sat down, pulling you to sit in between his legs before opening the food containers and eating from it. He fed you ever so often, taking it slow so that you didn't get nauseous from eating too much. After a few bites, you shook your head as you curled into him. He just kissed your forehead softly before closing the containers and putting them back in the bag before wrapping his arms around you.
"I love you." He said, kissing your forehead again before leaning his head on yours. You hugged him before looking up.
"I love you too." You replied softly before burying your face in his chest, just mumbling the words 'I love you' a few more times as he rubbed circles on your back.
"We should go to class..." You mumbled, Xiao Nia nodded softly as he helped you up before following you to your shared class. You entered the class, which was still empty except for the teacher at the front and maybe 2 or 3 students. You sat in your usual spot on the 5th row, Xiao Nia sitting next to you for once. He usually sat at the complete front and by the time you got to the class, the seats around him were usually occupied. That, and you wouldn't really want to sit near a group a fangirls.
Xiao Nia took your hand in his, giving you a small smile. You gave a small smile back, feeling a lot better as the voice in the back of your head had stopped nagging at you.
"You guys are adorable." WeiWei entered, sitting the seat in front of you before turning around to face you.
"Next time just tell me, we're friends. You can trust me." She said with a bright smile and you nodded, your face slightly heating up when you felt an arm wrap around your shoulders. The class started to fill with students, not so much as usual. Then you heard phones beeping and soon the class was suddenly completely full, some students even sitting on the stairs.
You were a bit annoyed as you heard whispers behind you and clicks of the phone camera's, but you decided to just ignore it. Maybe it was because of Xiao Nia's hand in yours, but you felt fine with the eyes that were glaring at you from behind.
The lesson ended as soon as it started and you grabbed your stuff quickly, hand letting go off Xiao Nia's for a second. Once you were finished with packing, Xiao Nia grabbed your hand again. He pulled you up, starting the whispers up again. Your face heated up again as you followed him, your gaze on the ground as the whispers got louder before everything went quiet.
"(y/n)?" Xiao Nia stopped outside of the classroom, looking at you. You looked up before giving him a smile.
"I'm okay... Just a bit..." You paused and he gave a small smile back before hugging you and kissing your forehead.
"Just ignore them. They can think what they want, but I'm with you at the end of the day." He said and you looked at him before kissing him on the lips quickly.
AN: it’s Yang Yang birthday and I have a clear soft spot for him. Sorry if this is poorly edited.
His laugh echoed through your living room as he was poking your side. Raising your eyebrow you stare at him wondering when he’s going to stop bugging you. It’s times like this you wonder why you put up with him. A heavy sigh passes your lips as you reach over grabbing his wrist.
“YangYang,” you say calmly.
“Yes?” he’s staring at you trying his hardest to hold back a smile.
“Knock it off or I won’t ever have sex with you again,” you aren’t being serious by any means, but you stare at him dead in the eyes as you say this. You hope he believes you so he’ll knock it off.
“We both know you can’t resist me,” he smirks.
Release his hand you sit up and head off to your room with the intention of YangYang following you. You get a foot away from your door when you hear running up towards you.
“Baby,” he wraps his arms around your waist pulling your body against him.
“Yang Yang, you’re so annoying,” you mutter shaking your head.
He places a kiss on your cheek before his lips brush your ear, “you weren’t saying that last night when my head was between your legs.”
You reach for the door and push it open as he still holds on to you. You step forward and he holds onto you walking forward.
“You’re less annoying when you’re naked,” a soft chuckle passes his lips.
He releases you and watches you carefully as you sit on the edge of your bed. He stands there watching you for a moment. “Should I show you how little I annoy you?”
“Is this your attempt at seducing me?” you raise your eyebrow.
“Baby I think we both know you enjoy being naked with me,” he reaches back pulling his shirt off.
You stand up and start stripping away your clothes. He wasted no time stripping naked. He joins you on the bed and pushes you back. His lips start at your knee as he kisses his way down your thigh towards your most sensitive spot. He knows all the right places to touch you to have you on edge. You have been with YangYang for a while and at this point he knows your body almost as well as you do. He laps at your sensitive bundle of nerves as his fingers slowly pump in and out of you.
Your fingers tangle in his hair holding his face close to you. You moan his name loudly letting him know he’s doing a good job. With each moment of his slender fingers he seems to be hitting just the right spot.
A warm wave washes over your body as you find your release holding him close to you. He pulls away wiping his mouth with a smirk playing across his smile.
“Am I still annoying?” He sits back on his knees completely naked and hard. His hand rubs up and down your thigh coaxing you through your release.
“You’re less annoying right now,” you try your hardest to slow down your breathing.
“Baby, I bet I can make you moan my name,” he’s still smirking.
“Yangyang, I think we both know you can make me moan,” you shake your head.
He jumps off his bed grabbing a condom from the top drawer of your night stand. Resting up on your elbows you watch as he slides the rubbers down his hardened length. He moves so he's hovering over you, his lips are sucking on your collar bone as he thrust into you. Your fingers claw at his back as he thrust into you at a quick pace. He’s moving at a pace where he’s trying to prove a point. With each of his quick thrust a soft moan passes your lips. His lips move to the base of your neck leaving a trail of wet kisses.
“Baby,” you whine.
“Am I still annoying?” he smirks hovering right over you.
“No,” you moan. He has you so close to your release you’re desperate but you don’t want to beg.
“Are you close?” He knows all the signs that your about to be a moaning mess.
“Yes.”
“Do you want to come?” He places a sloppy kiss to your lips.
“Yes.”
“Then do it,” he kisses you.
He thrust into you with a hard thrust sending you over the edge. He thrust into you over and over as you high washes over you. It’s not long before he finds his own release. He stills in you hovering over you. He lips press to yours for a gentle kiss. Your fingers tangle his hair as your lips move together.
“I love you,” he sighs with his lips close to yours.
“I love you too, also I lied, you aren’t annoying,” you say, causing a huge smile to spray across his lips.
Hello this is my first kind of smut, but still flirty and still safe to read imagine / scenario!
I did this real quick, in like an hour or so.... but the air is helping me to type this and HERE IT IS... KISSING GAME WITH TEN!!
warning : kissing, parties, alcohol, flirty reader and ten!
ENJOY!!
“So that is the new boy everyone is talking about?” you point your chin to the new guy stepping into the party.
Your best friend follows your gaze and nods, “Yeah apparently that is the hot guy everyone is busy getting into his pants!”
You smirk and swirl the red punch in your party cup, “Including you Yang yang?”
Yang yang rolls his eyes, “No.”
“Are you going to whisper
Ich habe in der Zeitung gelesen, dass Küsse glücklich machen. Darf ich dich glücklich machen?”
You tease your friend, leaning in and whispering that one line you memorized by heart since you like teasing Yang-yang with it, after witnessing him saying that to a girl just to get rejected!
Yang yang grits his teeth and steps closer to you, “Do you know what that means sweetie?” Ooof the alcohol is strong tonight!
Yang-yang doesn’t usually call you pet names in public. Although you are also not his girl or anything.
“No, so tell me what it means.” You also take a step closer and linger your eyes into his red lips.
Yang yang leans in and whispers into your ear, “I read in the newspaper that kissing makes you happy. May I make you happy?”
You whistle, and playfully punch his chest “That is hot! Now translate that to I don’t know... what does this boy speak?” you scan the crowded room just to see the “hot” topic sitting on one of the couches, surrounded by girls!
Yang yang pours a second drink to his cup, “Rumor has it he’s a transfer student from china.”
You snap your finger, “Didn’t you learn Chinese last summer? Great! Now make me a pick up line” Yang yang can only pull up a middle finger for you; nevertheless, he made one for you and you somehow managed to memorize it in your cloudy head.
“Now watch and learn, I’ll make everyone surprised.” You wink and press a quick kiss on the boy’s cheek before leaving to meet the new boy.
“Yow welcome back princess!” Jaehyun stands up to engulf you in a hug and invites you to sit in his squad’s table. Your eyes are fixed on the new man with blonde hair. He sure looks pretty up close and his jaw is strong!
“Have you met the hot guy already?” Johnny offers you another glass of punch. This time it is green. You stare to the guy sitting across you, right and left definitely full of girls you never knew were even coming to parties like this.
“Hmm I see lots of new faces, or did I miss a lot?” you take your time to get his attention. He looks like he is also scanning you, and you see the boldness hidden behind his “good-boy” look.
“You didn’t miss anything. Just that yeah there’s a lot of new faces.” Yuta, who is beside you, raises his glass and you press yours into his to cheer. You fix your eyes on him, like a predator keeping an eye to its prey. He, doesn’t seem to waver under your intense gaze.
Duhh even Jaehyun, the primadona, turns so red when you give him your intense charismatic look. Well you admit you’re not the prettiest, gosh there are more pretty girls out there, but you have charisma and a certain girl crush vibes that draws all the man to line up and win a wink or a phone number for you. If lucky, even be your friends! When you see the night deepens, you start your move.
“So, you’re the guy who steal my spotlight right?” You act like you don’t care as you ask him this.
“Sorry, what do you mean pretty?” His sweet honey like voice is deep enough to make your hair stands. Yuta saw the small shudder you did and he just smirked, knowing well how this might end.
“I mean, before you came here… The eyes were always on me, but today… look at all these people… everyone wishing to be able to taste that sweet lips of yours! Let me ask you one quick question” You see the glint of interest in his eyes and with a smirk, you hit the jackpot
“Kissing is a language of love, so how about a conversation?”
Not much people understand the Chinese phrase you just blurt out, from the peripheral view of your eyes you can see Yang yang smiling and giving you a thumbs up.
The guy across you smirks and leans his body closer to the table. The girls surrounding him are slowly leaving, but the crowds are whispering now, waiting to see and hear what happens next.
“My name is Ten, and if kissing is the language of love, why don’t we kiss instead of converse?” he replies you in a clear sound in ENGLISH, which cause the whole room to gasp.
His smirk is still there, and the aura he shows, dominates the room. He is a flirty one, just like you and he clearly doesn’t like losing.
“Game on,” You drink your cup and wipe your lips.
“Yang yang, you know what to do,” you turn your head and give the boy a very sweet smile.
The said boy smirks back and returns with a bowl of flavoured chapsticks.
“Simple game, you have your eyes blind folded and guess what flavour am I wearing.” You raise your brow, wanting to know if he is in or not.
The whole room is cheering and rooting for the new guy to accept your challenge and maybe win.
“What do you bet?” He leans in closer, body almost leaving the chair.
“Oh I don’t know.. anything you wish? Guess you wouldn’t make it pass 4 correct answers.”
Ten stares back into your eyes, “Princess, if I guess 5 correct answers, I get to choose my prize.”
You think for a moment, hey chances are low for him to answer five in a row.
“Six in a row? If I win, you’ll need to post a pic of you in a maid costume and write it down that you’re a loser.” You lick your lips, already so ready to make this new guy lose.
Ten pushes his chair back, “Everyone here is a witness, if I lose I’ll do what she wants, but if I win, that’s enough to proof that I am the best kisser.”
The whole room cheers and claps as you leave the sofa and move to the two chairs someone had prepared in the middle of the room. You don’t really care if you win or lose, really you just love the adrenaline rushing through your body.
Jaehyun closes Ten’s sharp eyes with someone’s tie and you wipe your lips with some wet tissues. You know the chances are low for him to get 6 in a row.
“Hey rule number one, no peeking… rule two, I’m kissing you once.”
“If you’re only kissing me once, then let me be the one who ends it” Ten cuts you and you ponder for a while
“Okay! No hands!”
Ten obediently brings his hands to his back and he leans back to his chair, “Since I cannot see you, why don’t you come and sit on my lap. That way I can taste your lips better.”
You’re surprised by his boldness, though his eyes are closed, you swear you can feel his intense gaze on you. You gulp, though you’ve done this challenge so many times… no one has been this daring.
“Afraid princess?” Ten asks calmly with his lack of sight.
The crowd cheers again and with pushes from Jaehyun and Yuta you finally make your body balance over his strong lap.
“Game starts in three two one” Johnny hands you the first flavour.
You play the game fair and square, applying a good amount of balm to your plump lips and after smacking them you lean to reach his lips.
The moment your lips touch his, you feel fireworks inside your body. There’s something so new with his perfect smooth lips. How they meld perfectly with yours, and how he sucks on yours while you can feel his tongue runs on your red apples. He is a great kisser and you almost run out of breath.
Ten pulls back and you feel your body heat up,
He licks his own lips and with a smug smile shouts the answer, “Easy, cherry!”
You’re going easy on him and as you put on the next flavour, ten was still calm as if nothing hot is happening here.
“Okay second one, no sniffing okay.” You launch yourself for a second-deep kiss. Man, this boy here is a new sensation. You’ve never had your heart fluttering from a kissing game, was it the alcohol?
You guess he is struggling with the second one, coz he takes longer time tasting your lips and you need to stabilize your body with his shoulder, since Ten still has his hands tidy.
“You’re going easy on me or am I a pro?” Ten smacks his lips several times, “Mango”
You toss the flavour away, gosh you’ll step up the game.
“It’s starters honey, enjoy it while it last.” You grimace at the next flavour Johnny handed to you; nevertheless, you press your lips back together with his, and this time he did not hold the kiss for too long.
“GOSH THAT TASTES HORRIBLE! BACON!” He struggles with his now bacon-taste lips, “Can someone wipe it off?” and with that queue, all of the girls are taking out wet tissues and the fastest one came to clean up his lips.
“Ah who’s that? Thank you!” Ten sounds so cheerful.
“I’ve got three correct answers and only need three more… Is this all you’ve got miss?” He teases you and the next flavour you have in your hand will be the hard one.
“That is simply candy cane and not peppermint” He smirks after his fourth right guess.
You’re now forgetting the game already and instead got lost in his sweet deep hot kisses. He’s so careful yet at the same time so wild for your lips.
“Tell me does my lips swell already?” He can still tease you with his quirky remarks.
To be honest both of your lips are already red and swollen, Ten’s sucking game was not a joke.
“Alright two more!” Yuta hands you a spoon of chocolate, a trick to make him lose.
Ten did not waver when he finds the new creamy texture on your lips. He was sure you’ll do this, and try to make him lose. But Ten is a best party player himself and he did this game a lot of times.
He enjoys himself tasting your lips and licking off the creamy texture on your lips, he tastes them for a while and thinks of all the chocolates he knows.
“It’s not chapstick.. I don’t know if I should call this as a cheating, but honey that is Nutella and I am sure.”
The whole audience gasps and claps their hands, they also thought ten would lose here, but no this man is crazy.
“Okay sorry, but here’s the last one.”
You swear Ten was the one playing the game on you now, for you can feel him smooching you so far to the point where you did not realize his tongue is already inside your mouth. You gasp at his action, but fuck the rules! You bring your hands to cup his cheek and you angle yourself to kiss him back. Your fingers gently tuck on his hair when your lungs scream for air. You tap his nape and he gets the code. Ten pulls back, just to have a triumphant smile plastered on his face. It’s as if he is already sure he will win.
“Yow queen, you better step up your game… practice your kiss more and change that flavours. The last one is Dr. Pepper and looks like I win the game, right?”
He takes off his blindfold and tosses them to you.
“Guess everybody here needs to wait for another chance to see me in a maid dress! I’d totally look hot and cute, but sadly you all need to imagine it for now!” Ten wipes his lips with one thumb and winks at you
“It was a nice game, (y/n)!” He grabs a new drink and leaves to answer the questions the other party people are having.
Yang yang stands by your side and laughs at you, “Guess we finally found someone who’s the same match as you.”
You bite your swollen lips and smirks at your friend, “Didn’t you realize I have never given him my name? Yet he knew me already? Guess I was not the only one learning things about him.” You bottom up your drink and go to hang out with the remaining boys.
Later on, that night, nobody knows the secret rendezvous you and Ten have.
THE END!!! hahaha tell me if I can write more like these.. Imagine a 7 minutes in heaven with shyboy!jaehyun AAAA BRB OP IS DEAD IMAGINING THINGS

Ten had barely stepped out the door when YangYang turned to her with a smug grin. “Alright, let’s settle this once and for all.”
She blinked at him, already sensing the oncoming storm. “Settle what?”
“Who the cats love more, obviously.” YangYang picked up Louis, who was sprawled lazily on the couch. “We both know I’m their favorite.”
“Excuse me?” she scoffed, crossing her arms. “Leon literally sleeps on my chest every night. He chose me as his personal bed. You? You’re just the guy who tries to steal his attention with snacks.”
YangYang feigned offense, cradling Louis like a baby. “First of all, it’s called bonding. Second of all, Louis doesn’t even like being held—” He yelped as Louis wiggled free from his grasp and jumped down, strutting over to her instead.
“Guess he didn’t get the memo about you being his favorite,” she teased, kneeling to scratch Louis under the chin. He purred loudly, rubbing his head against her hand.
“Okay, okay. Fine,” YangYang said, pretending to dust himself off. “But Levi’s on my team. Watch this.”
YangYang grabbed one of Levi’s toys and started dangling it in front of the cat, who initially seemed interested. Levi crouched, wiggled his little butt, and then… promptly lost interest, walking off to hop into her lap instead.
She burst out laughing. “So much for that!”
YangYang groaned dramatically, collapsing onto the floor. “Traitors. All of them. Ten probably brainwashed them to pick you over me.”
She raised an eyebrow. “Or maybe they just know who gives the best cuddles.”
YangYang sat up, narrowing his eyes. “Oh, it’s on now. Leon will prove I’m the superior human.”
Leon, who had been napping peacefully, was now rudely awakened by YangYang waving a treat bag. “Come here, buddy! Look what I’ve got!”
Leon opened one eye, unimpressed, then stretched lazily and curled back up in his spot.
She laughed so hard she almost cried. “Face it, babe. You’re the third wheel in this relationship.”
YangYang clutched his chest in mock agony. “This is betrayal of the highest order. I’m calling Ten and filing an official complaint!”
Just as he reached for his phone, Leon finally decided to grace YangYang with his presence, leaping onto his shoulder and rubbing against his head. YangYang’s face lit up like he’d just won the lottery.
“See? I told you! Leon loves me!”
She rolled her eyes but couldn’t help smiling. “Sure, sure. Let’s just call it a tie before your ego gets too big.”
YangYang beamed, scratching Leon behind the ears. “Fine. But for the record, I totally won.” From their spots on the couch, Louis and Levi exchanged a look, as if to say, These humans are ridiculous.

You gripped the radio headset tightly, watching as he weaved between competitors, pushing the limits with every lap. "He's pushing too hard," you muttered, your fingers tightening around the radio. "Tell him to ease off before Turn 3."
The team engineer merely chuckled. "You tell him. He only listens to you."
With a sigh, you pressed the button, your voice steady but urgent. "Yangyang, don’t take the inside on Turn 3. You’re gonna clip the curb."
Static buzzed in your ear before his voice came through, smooth yet laced with mischief. "You don’t trust me?"
"I do, but I also know you," you shot back. "And I’d rather see you win than scrape yourself off the asphalt."
A chuckle. "Got it, boss."
You held your breath as he approached the turn. Normally, he'd take the risk, pushing his car to the absolute limit, but this time, he hesitated just for a second. It was enough. He held his line, accelerating cleanly out of the corner, gaining ground on the car ahead. Relief flooded your veins, but your pulse still hammered, though you weren’t sure if it was from the race or the way he always made you feel.
Lap after lap, the tension built, the world narrowing to the flashing of numbers on the screen, the roar of the engines, the gasps and cheers from the crew as Yangyang moved up the ranks. And then, the final lap arrived. You gripped the edge of the table, your nails digging into the surface as he barreled toward the finish line, locked in a brutal battle for first place. For a breathless second, it looked like he wouldn’t make it but then, with one final burst of speed, he pulled ahead.
The checkered flag waved, and the pit erupted in cheers. The world blurred as you tried to process it—he had won. He had actually won.
Before you could even move, strong arms wrapped around you, lifting you off the ground. "Did you see that?!" Yangyang's voice was electric, his sweat-damp hair sticking to his forehead. "Told you I’d win."
You laughed, shoving at his chest. "Because you actually listened for once."
His grin was bright, his eyes gleaming under the flashing lights of cameras and celebration. "Maybe I should start listening to you more often."
Something in his gaze made your breath hitch. You were used to his teasing, but this felt different. More intense. More real. Before you could react, his thumb brushed over your cheek, wiping away a streak of grease you hadn’t even noticed.
"You worry about me too much, y'know?" he murmured, his voice softer now, just for you.
"Someone has to."
His lips curled into something between a smirk and something softer, something almost vulnerable. "Maybe you should just make it official then. Be my lucky charm, both on and off the track."
Your heart stuttered, like a car misfiring before catching speed again. The noise of the crowd faded, the flashing cameras became nothing more than background static.
You smirked, mirroring his confidence. "Depends. Does that mean I get a say in your reckless driving?"
He laughed, leaning in, close enough that you could see the warmth in his dark eyes. "It means you get a say in everything."
And just like that, with the roar of the crowd and the hum of an engine still echoing in the distance, you let yourself fall just as fast, just as fearlessly as him

You had just moved into your new apartment, and you couldn’t be bothered to care about the spooky rumors you’d heard. Old building? Creepy vibe? Pfft. It was cheap and had everything you needed. Plus, your favorite pizza place was just around the corner. Who needs to worry about ghosts when you have pizza?
As you unpacked your stuff, you couldn’t shake the feeling that you weren’t alone. Maybe it was just the air conditioning being weird, or the fact that you hadn’t quite gotten used to the place. Whatever. You tossed it aside. You had snacks to eat, Netflix to watch. Ghosts weren’t real anyway.
Then, a loud bang echoed down the hallway. You froze for a second, like, okay, maybe that was a bit strange. But honestly, who had time to panic over that? You grabbed a bag of chips and cranked the music up. Ghosts could go haunt someone else.
Another bang. Closer this time.
Your apartment door creaked open. You looked over at it, sighing as if this was just part of your daily routine. Who the hell was that?
It was Yangyang. Your new neighbor. He looked around with wide eyes, clearly a bit freaked out. "Did you hear that? What was that?"
"Yeah, it’s probably the ghost," you said, not even looking up from your phone. "I’m too busy to care though. But like, if you’re gonna scream, at least do it quietly."
He blinked at you like you were insane. “The ghost? What? Are you serious?”
“Dude, it’s whatever,” you said with a wave of your hand. “It’s not gonna hurt us. Unless you’re, like, scared of ghosts or something.”
Yangyang looked like he didn’t know if he should laugh or run. Instead, he stepped in, looking around the place. “This… place is messed up.”
“Yeah, but the rent’s cheap. Plus, there’s free Wi-Fi.” You popped another chip in your mouth like you hadn’t just let him walk into an apparently haunted apartment.
The kitchen door slammed shut on its own, and you glanced at it with a raised eyebrow. Yangyang’s eyes grew wide. “Okay, okay, now I’m freaked out. That’s not normal.”
"Eh, yeah, but I do think the ghost is being dramatic. If it wants me out, it should at least try a little harder." You rolled your eyes, casually walking toward the kitchen.
Yangyang followed you, a little hesitant. “Are you seriously gonna just… ignore it? Are we not gonna do anything?”
"Like what? Have a panic attack? No thanks," you said, tossing a spoon across the counter and watching it rattle. "It’s just trying to make a scene. But we’ve got way more important things to do, like… finding the remote."
Yangyang, now a little more suspicious, glanced at you. “What kind of person doesn’t care when there’s clearly a haunted presence in their apartment?”
“Me, apparently,” you said. “I’ve seen scarier things on TikTok.”
Suddenly, the lights flickered and the temperature dropped. Your breath was visible now, like a scene from some bad horror movie. Yangyang’s face went pale. “Okay, this is… this is actually freaky. I can’t handle this.”
You snorted. “It’s fine. It’s probably just the wiring. You’re overthinking this.” You shrugged your shoulders and wrapped yourself in a blanket like this was a normal Tuesday night.
Yangyang took a step back, then another. “So… I’m the only one who thinks this is weird?”
You narrowed your eyes at him, still unfazed. “Oh, it’s weird. But weird doesn’t mean dangerous. If the ghost wants to scare me, it needs to step up its game.”
Before he could respond, a loud bang came from the hallway. Then, the sound of a door slamming open. Your apartment was becoming a full-on haunted house. Did you care? Absolutely not.
“Alright, alright,” you said, getting up from the couch and strolling casually down the hall like this was some kind of game. “We’ll go poke it. If it’s real, it’ll be fine. If it’s fake, then we’ve got a mystery on our hands.”
Yangyang trailed after you, looking like he might actually lose it. “I’m starting to think you’ve got some kind of curse on you, and you’re immune to everything.”
“Honestly? Probably,” you said, peering into every corner of the place, casually inspecting closets and under the bed like it was a scavenger hunt. You even knocked on the walls like you were searching for treasure. “Oh hey, looks like the ghost took the night off.”
Yangyang was halfway through a nervous breakdown, staring at you like you were the living embodiment of chaos. "I… I don’t understand how you’re this chill with all of this."
You leaned in close, lowering your voice for dramatic effect. “It’s the pizza I ordered. It’s just too good. Ghosts can’t ruin my vibe.”
There was another howl from the air, and this time, things actually shook. The whole apartment quivered like a storm was passing through. Yangyang’s eyes went wide again, but you didn’t even blink.
“You hear that?” you asked.
“Uh, yeah. Everyone hears that.” His voice was high-pitched with actual fear now.
You kicked a chair that had suddenly fallen over. “Hey, ghost. I know you’re here. Can you hurry up and do something cool so I can, like, go to bed already?”
The ghost, clearly over the whole thing, let out one last annoyed screech, and then… nothing. Silence. Absolute peace.
Yangyang blinked, then looked at you, dumbfounded. “So… what happened? Did it just… leave?”
You shrugged again, tossing the blanket aside. “I dunno. I guess we scared it off.”
“Scared it off?” He pointed at you like you were some kind of sorcerer. “You didn’t just… defeat it?”
“Yeah, whatever. Not every ghost knows how to handle an unbothered vibe. C’mon, let’s go get some pizza.” You were already halfway to the door, and Yangyang was just standing there in disbelief.
“Are you even human? How do you not care?”
You gave him a grin as you grabbed your jacket. “You get used to it.”
Yangyang followed you out the door, still shaking his head, and you both stepped into the night like you hadn’t just survived the weirdest haunting ever.
“By the way,” you said, tossing him the car keys, “you’re paying. Deal?”
“Deal,” he said, still processing everything that just happened.
And that was it. Another night. Another chaotic adventure. No big deal.

Summary:"Why?" you demand, fists clenched. "Why would you do this to me?"
Yangyang looks away. For a heartbeat, he is just a boy again, standing at the edge of the ballroom, watching you love someone else.
"Because I loved you," he says. "And I couldn’t bear to see you disappear into a life that was never meant for you."

The first thing you register is silence. Not the kind that comforts—but the kind that feels ancient. Heavy. Like the air itself is holding its breath.
Stone lies cracked beneath you, your fingertips brush velvet torn by time, and ivy curls through broken windows like fingers reaching in from a world that forgot you. Your breath fogs in the early light.
You sit up slowly. Muscles ache like they haven’t been used in centuries.
Because they haven’t.
The last thing you remember is your sixteenth birthday. Gold-draped halls. Music and perfume in the air. Laughter. Then… pain. A spinning wheel. Blood. A promise shattered.
A curse fulfilled.
You rise, trembling on bare feet. Thorns twist along the ground, forming patterns only a sorcerer’s hand could shape. The castle is little more than a carcass now, swallowed by vines and moss. What had once been teeming with life is now still, bones of chandeliers and shattered stained glass your only company.
Until you hear footsteps.
Measured. Slow. Unhurried.
You turn, and there he is.
Black-cloaked. Pale as moonlight. Silver rings glinting on his fingers, his hair longer than you remembered, dark as the night that swallowed your kingdom. His eyes burn—not with anger, but something more unholy: longing. Guilt. Obsession.
“Finally,” he breathes. "You’re awake."
Your lips part, but no sound escapes.
He steps closer. The air hums around him, charged with the kind of magic that always tasted too sweet, too bitter.
You take a step back.
His face—so achingly familiar.
"Yangyang," you whisper.
He smiles, and it cracks something in you. Because it’s the same smile he gave you when you danced with the prince, back when he was just your court mage. When he made you stardust lanterns and hid poems inside spellbooks.
"You remember."
"You cursed me."
His smile falters.
"Yes."
It’s not a confession. It’s a scar, spoken aloud.
"Why?" you demand, fists clenched. "Why would you do this to me?"
Yangyang looks away. For a heartbeat, he is just a boy again, standing at the edge of the ballroom, watching you love someone else.
"Because I loved you," he says. "And I couldn’t bear to see you disappear into a life that was never meant for you."
You laugh. Bitter and sharp. "So you stole it from me? You thought trapping me in sleep would make me love you?"
"No," he says, voice rough now. "I thought time would change everything. That one day, when the world forgot you, when the kingdom fell, you’d wake and see that I was the only one who stayed."
Tears sting your eyes.
"You destroyed everything."
"I kept my promise. I said I’d be here when you woke."
You look around. Nothing remains. No court. No family. Just the bones of a life, and a man who looks at you like the ghost of his own sins.
And still. Still. He hasn’t touched you.
"What now?" you whisper.
Yangyang kneels, cloak sweeping over thorn and stone.
"Now," he says, "I atone."
You stare at him. At the man who once whispered spells to make your dreams sweeter. At the sorcerer who cursed you in grief and waited in love. A man hollowed by centuries and filled with only one thing: you.
Maybe you should run. Maybe you should scream.
But your cursed heart beats louder than fear.
He lifts his gaze. "I don’t ask for love. Only for the chance to earn it."
Your throat tightens.
Maybe this isn’t a fairytale anymore.
Maybe it never was.
But as you step forward, thorns curling away from your feet like they recognize you, you realize something terrifying:
You don’t want a prince anymore.
You want the man who broke the world just to wait for you in it.
And gods help you, you want to see what else he’d do to keep you.
Yangyang leads you through the ruins of your kingdom. He does not speak unless you ask. His magic pulses beneath the surface of the broken land, alive and waiting—an echo of his grief, and now, his hope.
The town is gone, but he rebuilt a part of the library. A single room. Preserved by enchantment. Inside, your favorite books sit untouched, dustless, like they’ve been waiting for your fingers to flip them open again.
"I kept what I could," he murmurs.
You brush your fingers over a page. "And the rest?"
He doesn’t answer. You don’t need him to.
At night, he lights the lanterns with a flick of his hand. Their glow is soft. Familiar. He takes the couch. You take the bed. He never crosses the line.
But you feel him. Always.
His gaze, just shy of touching. His silence, heavy with unsaid things.
And slowly, you begin to speak. You ask about the world. What happened to the prince. To your people. He tells you the truth, never sparing himself. The death. The wars. The crumbling of kingdoms.
"I cursed you out of love," he says one night, voice hollow. "But it was still a curse. And I let the world pay for my grief."
You watch him, this man with the weight of centuries in his shoulders, the sharp beauty of a broken god. And you say, "Then let the world forgive you. Not just me."
It takes months. But you walk together. Rebuilding.
When you kiss him, it is not because of pity.
It is because the thorns inside your heart have begun to bloom.
And because no one has ever waited for you the way he did.
