Every few couple minutes, blue eyes flick up from the file in her lap, searching the passing crowd for a face that matches the one staring up at her from the half-assembled profile on top of the pile of documents within. She has enough information on the witness in question to seek her out at her home or place of work, but there's a good chance  that her questions will be better received in a con- text framed to look like a chance encounter. Granted, this is just an assumption - she has little fact backing it up - but her instincts tend to be fairly reliable, even if luck is never in her favor. Upon seeing the woman in question, she flips the  folder shut, rising from her spot on the bus stop bench and rushing after her, consciously trying to avoid looking panicked or desperate and succeeding. Even without Mulder backing her up and providing support, she was ever the professional. 

                 "Ms. Noble, could I have a moment of your time?"

Starter for Yea-Seeya

yea-seeya (a promise is a promise) Five landed the Tardis smoothly and made sure everything was in order before grabbing his hat and bravely walking out of the Tardis. As he did however there was a woman stood directly outside the door who five almost bumped into. He closed the door behind him and slid to the side of the woman. Then he tried brushing off what she might have seen "Why are you staring, there's nothing much interesting about a Police Box" Little did five know who he was talking to.
