johnny said his sis is off limits, but they have feelings for each other anyways, its not like you can just erase them-
and onnnnne day johnny asks simon to pick his sissy up cause he can't and she really needs someone, maybe something happened to her? so he instantly speeds to her and helps her/comforts her.
later when johnny gets home, he sees both of them cuddling on the couch, simon holding his little sister in a protective grasp while both of them where asleep.

i always considered johnny to have a big family, maybe like a blended family situation with his mom remarrying someone after his bio father died. you're his half sister, and you're his absolute favourite sibling, you were devastated when he fucked off to the army, especially since you two were the closest in age. johnny says all of his sisters are off limits to kyle and price, knowing they're both dogs and its always implied that he meant his sisters were off limits to simon too but somewhere in his heart he knows simon is a good man.
you and simon meet from time to time when you're dropping johnny off and taking his car back, or at bbqs or sunday dinners when johnny invits he 141 and you and simon are often left to talk amongst yourselves because you two are the designated 'awkward' ones. (see: both of you are neurodivergent!)
anyway you call johnny during a really bad panic attack and johnny's stuck doing a training exercise, and he sends dear simon over, who immediately tries making things better for you because that's how he knows how to make things 'right'. he's making you some nice tea, cooking up a meal, cleaning up the house after seeing how you've been living for a few days.
and you end up cuddling with each other watching some sitcom on the tv, some random shit and simon's all soft with you and you're wearing his hoodie. and then johnny comes back and sees the two of you hugging. and instead of loosing his shit, he silently approves, because simon is a good man.
