A little rant

I’m probably gonna get some hate over this, but I’m just gonna say it.

So I’ve been seeing a lot of things on here saying stuff like “cancel Young Justice: Outsiders” Or “it was a mistake to bring Young Justice back.”

Guys, we literally have eight episodes left that haven’t even aired yet and they could turn out to be pretty good. Don’t condemn an entire show just because of one or two bad episodes.

Now I’m not excusing what happened in the newest episode this week at all, believe me I was just as upset about it as the rest of you were and I’ll admit that there are some things this season that could’ve been done better and things that shouldn’t have been done at all, like in the last episode, but please, don’t give up just yet. We’ve been waiting six years for this show to come back and the fact that we got it back was a miracle and a blessing.

And I’m not about to lose it again over somewhat stiff animation and poor representation. Don’t get me wrong, I want more proper lgbt representation as much as you all do, especially since I myself am bisexual, but I’m not gonna let that get in the way of how much I love this show.

In fact, I’m starting to think that some of us have forgotten why we fell in love with this show in the first place. I don’t know about the rest of you, but the reason I fell in love with this show way back in 2010 when the pilot first aired was because of the storylines, the characters, the fact that I got see a show that sort of combined Justice League, Justice League: Unlimted and Teen Titans which were shows I loved growing up, and also the fact that it kinda helped fill a void that was left after Teen Titans was cancelled.

Now, when this season is finished and all the episodes have been aired and you still feel the same way, then fine, that’s your choice and I can accept that. But please don’t give up on this show, not yet. We’ve waited too long and worked too hard to try and bring this show back and I am not about lose it again. So please, wait until the season is over before you make your final judgement. Just give it a chance
