A delicious breakfast twist on classic pizza with the flavors of crispy bacon, caramelized leeks, gooey cheese, and perfectly cooked eggs on top of a crispy crust.
Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza crust. 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 leek, thinly sliced. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh chives for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pizza crust. In a skillet, saut the sliced leeks until they become tender and slightly caramelized. Spread them evenly over the cheese. Evenly distribute the cooked and crumbled bacon on top of the leeks. Create 4 small wells in the toppings and carefully crack an egg into each well on the pizza. Season the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set, but the yolks are still slightly runny. Remove the breakfast pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh chives. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your breakfast pizza!
