Zephyr turned over all of the incriminating papers to the local authorities, who came down on the company fast and hard. A number of papers picked up the story, splashing Zephyr’s name across a few headlines. After the dust had settled, the company cleaned house, firing everyone involved with the whole scandal...including Zephyr. He got a new job in the law career.
Pansy: How on Earth do you hold your breath for such extended periods of time? You must be cheating somehow.
Zephyr: Hey, you’re the magic one, not me. You could cast yourself a spell or something to cheat easier than I could. Besides, I’ve been the breath holding champ for years. Just ask Hermes and Heath.
Pansy: Our young ones have gotten rather big now, haven’t they?
Zephyr: They sure have. Does this mean we’re getting old?
Pansy: I fear it does. Rest assured, I still find you as charming as ever.
