Rook is actually a very interesting case, because depending on which "canon" of Allen's you're speaking of, I was actually originally planning to ship them together 👀 But this pairing has kinda been put on the backburner for now, in favour of another Allen ship hehe ~ ✨️
As a baseline though, because Allen is as tunnel-visioned in his priorities as he is, Rook's appreciation for all forms of beauty kinda gets lost on him. Allen classifies it as trivial in the same way as Vil's pursuit of beauty.
Additionally, he also finds Rook's unfaltering optimism and jovial attitude kinda frustrating, because his overly critical self doesn't quite understand it. It's come to a point where he's actively trying his absolute best to piss Rook off as hard as he can, just to see what it'd look like. Of course, that was never gonna work the way Allen wants, which only serves to make himself even more frustrated... not his proudest ragebaiter moment-
I do think they eventually could mesh a bit better, possibly if they get some kind of cat and mouse- like competition going. With how Allen can turn invisible and all, I think Rook would find that an absolutely delightful "hunt" to engage in... but we shall see ~

BUT YAYYY BNNUYE BOUYE ty for asking about himmm!! 💗 Since you didn't specify, I'm just gonna try and tell you as much as I can >:3 (and if there's any interest, I might go in-depth into him and Floyd's relationship at a later date 👁️)

So yeah he's based on the White Rabbit!! And also partly on the Jack of Hearts card, and the Rauhrackel (an Austrian folklore creature, kinda similar to a Jackalope). He's a Heartslabyul 2nd year, and is the dorm's (and sometimes other dorms') errand runner. He's also in the spell shift club >:3
Most of the time, he's meek and mild-mannered (aka kind of a pushover), and he tries to be friendly with everyone he meets. Aside from working hard academically, his people-pleaser tendencies lead him to take on favors for people even when he may not have the time or energy to complete them (8 hours of sleep who?). He's also super meticulous with his schedule, and puts great importance into being punctual. He prides himself on never once being late to anything (which won't last forever, due to a certain eel boy...)
While usually not the type to be assertive and take up space, Elvin also has a hidden competitive streak. As in EXTREMELY competitive... When faced with any kind challenge or competition (or even when a situation is framed as one to him) something just flips in his brain, and he'll be dead set on getting 1st place. because coming in 2nd means you were late This side of him is rare to see, and isn't known to most people. However, it's infamous within the spell shift club (and to those who had the misfortune of going up against him during their first year's beanfest) Bnnuye boy gets to be a little unhinged,,, as a treat.
His UM is called "Down the Rabbit Hole", and it lets him mark a spot he's in, and then instantly teleport back to that spot later from anywhere else. He needs to remember which exact spot he's marked, and he can only teleport back there once before having to place a new one. (there's a bit more to this ability but I'm not gonna bore you 😭)
Aside from all of that, he's half-fae :0 tho I'm not sure if I want him to actually be from Briar Valley... And I'm planning an overblot storyline for him >:3
He also needs a reason why he's working himself into the ground, and as it stands rn I unfortunately have no idea what that might be. He's kinda under construction still...
