I renewed my Netflix subscription so that I can watch Shadowhunters AGAIN. I hate this frigging show.

God I hate it when someone tries to give me advise when I have more knowledge and experience than them in the subject. Please just fuck off.

How do I tell someone that their depressive phases make my own depression worse and I don’t have the spoons to deal with my own mental health let alone their mental health too? I’m being super distant and not being helpful at all. I want to help but I know it’ll make me feel awful and I have to put myself first. But I also don’t want them to do something stupid.

I am unreasonable and I flipped out for no reason

I've been doing chores all day and my brother has been playing games all day (I could have asked him to help but I'm a perfectionist and it wouldn't have been good enough, anyway, that's not the problem) and then he calls my mum and tells me that "we" have to put the laundry out (today I have put the laundry out, put more dirty laundry in the machine, cooked dinner for the both of us, watered the garden, and done the washing up twice. I wasn’t asked to do any of this, justing doing it to help my parents out) together. Fuck off. I’ve busted my ass all day to help our parents out and you tell me that our mother has asked for you to help a little bit and you still want my help? You’re fucking adult, it’s time to grow up and take a little responsibility for your life, stop relying our parents to make everything happen. 

My brother is such an ungrateful prick and he just hide from that fact. 

I shouted at him and told him to do the second load of laundry by himself.

I’ve had at fucking headache all day even though I’ve been drinking a butt-tonne of water.
