     an exasperated exhalation parts the woman’s thin lips as she lowers her cannon. following this gesture, there’s the click of her tongue & while a hand rests at the top of her transformed zanpakuto, another stands at the side of slim hips. annoyance entirely overwrites any sensation the Captain might be feeling & that’s quite evident; her expression & the spark in her green eyes as she gazes over at the opponent is filled with utter indifference.

⏰ -- Does your muse feel like they need to do things quickly or do they take their time?

Like most Arrancar, Szayel has a completely different understanding of time than most do. Time is distorted in Hueco Mundo-- passing by much slower (and sometimes faster in certain places ) and as a result, Szayel fails to take it into account. He will perform his research and experiments without taking into account how long it will take him to finish. Indeed, if he isn’t given a tight deadline, he will take anywhere from weeks to decades to present results. That is without taking into account the intricacies of his research, or the particular stubbornness of a subject. 

That being said, Szayel LOATHES being rushed. He takes an immense amount of pride with everything he does, the results must meet his insane standard of perfection after all. He will often attempt to haggle with his higher ups for more time, in a pinch. So, that being said, Szayel is in no rush. He has eternity to look forward to after all!

👧 -- What is your muse’s relationship like with their siblings? Who do they get along with best?

Oh dear. The subject of Yylfordt is one of those things that just shouldn’t be mentioned around Szayel. Assuming you are close to Szayel, he will bristle up and scowl at the mention. BUT, with much pouting (like a petulant child) on his part, you could get something out of him. He’ll just give some half-assed reply about how he hates his brother, in an attempt to get people to stop asking him about it. The reality of it is far more complex than he cares to get into. 

Yylfordt represents all of the things Szayel despises about himself-- monstrous, brutish impatience, inelegance-- and so on-- everything Szayel does not like about himself, he will project onto Yylfordt. A delusion that leads him to believe that every failure he has had so far has been-- at least to some extent-- Yylfordt’s fault. His brother was his burden, what weighed him down in his quest for perfection... At least in his eyes.

MUNDAY MEME / 🍋 - Does your muse complain about things to you? If so, what?

Unohana in particular doesn’t really complain (actually most of my muses don’t tbh), but she will have little asides she’ll mutter that’s usually the reflexive response that I use to set the tone of my own response after it’s refined, if that makes sense? Like for example, she’s like “fuck this guy” and I’m like “cool, how do I channel that into a paragraph or two?”. All my muses have quite a bit of commentary on everything, but not really any complaining!
