Title: 100% Blog - Chanyongie’s Boxing Diary?

Hello. Today is Chan-log. Since I started boxing not too long ago I’m going to introduce a little about boxing… Uhhhhhhhummmmmmmm Ehm there were photos of me skipping ropes too but you can’t see neither my face nor what I was doing properly So I’m not going to upload those photos. I’ll start with the hand wraps first.

Actually it’s very difficult to wrap these bandages around the hand and for the first time, I’ve mastered the method today. Although I want to explain this method to everyone, it’s hard to understand without me teaching the steps directly in person ㅠㅠ The reason for wrapping the hands with bandages before putting on the boxing gloves is to protect the hands from injuries and as a safety precaution.

Let’s move on. This is the right pose. Ehm I’m still a beginner and this pose is the most difficult pose for beginners. The arm has to be stretched straight, the right foot can’t be twisted and you can’t let the guard down. Plus the front foot has to stay fixed in position!!!!!!!!

Next is the uppercut. I haven’t learned the finer details of this pose yet, only the position So I can’t explain this in detailed. But one thing I’m sure of is that I have to raise the fist as high as the chin!!!!!

Next is the right hook!! I can’t fold my elbow often……..ehm And I haven’t learned this yet too, only the position So I don’t know the details…….ㅇㅅㅇ

And lastly, a selca Boxing is a full body workout and although it’s tiring My agility and ehm……………………………my reflexes Improved a lot. Therefore I’m doing my best in this! It’s good that I’m enjoying it because if I’m not, it won’t be easy for me haha

Boxing helps in losing weight so it’s good to give boxing a try if you want to lose some weight!!! Ah and I skip ropes everyday Skipping ropes is believed to give boxers an extra boost on their stamina so that’s why I’m doing it.

Looks like I have to leave now. I’ll come again next time. Till then bye!

Title: Rockhyun’s Practice Room look

Tadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa~~~~~!!!!! Today is the day for Rock (b)log? Hyun (b)log? This is the first time I’m doing this so don’t have high expectations~ Nevertheless, I’ll do my best to make this interesting.. I’m thinking of revealing one whole week of Rock’s (fashion) You’re curious aren’t you?! I’m sure you are~ Hmph~ So let’s start now!!

[1] Tadaa~ Firstly, last week on March 12! I wore a neat white woven knitted top and black skinny jeans to work (I looked like a Go -the traditional board game- piece…keke) The main point of this fashion was the shoes The slightly noticeable attractive pinkish pinkish color The weather wasn’t very cold that day so I wore a light coat But it was hot in the practice room so I took it off~~~~~~~~ This is what I call Rock’s Go fashion!! keke

[2] March 13, Friday!! I normally don’t enjoy wearing cargo pants but it caught my eyes when I open the closet and decided to wear it Khaki colors goes well with dark colors so I searched and searched and searched through the closet and found this sweater When I want to wear something and I couldn’t find it, I sometimes get angry!! ㅡㅇㅡ I was worried if the coat matches well with the combination but after trying it out, it doesn’t look too bad I call this..hmm..dark khaki fashion I guess~

[3] March 14, Saturday!! It was White Day…and I want to give out candies… But I’ll give you this instead keke Candy colored knitted top and skinny denims combo! That knitted top looks like a jelly or a biscuit or maybe not~~ Let’s call this Perfection’s Boyfriend Rocky (Fashion)!!~ Don’t be upset that I didn’t give you any candies Here, take this~ although my face wasn’t there (in the photo)

[4] March 16, Monday! Monday is the first day of the week so I dressed up It was chilly in the morning so I took out the rider jacket with leopard prints from my closet and wore it Honestly, I felt a little hot keke I wore a tight T-shirt with letter printings inside And covered that up with a blue denim jacket because I was shy (of the tight T-shirt) I wore a black skinny stonewashed jeans with a torn in one of the knees The torn in the jeans made me seemed like a tough guy…or that’s what I thought keke But I became even more cautious and when I wore it to sleep, I thought I was wearing shorts And a blue backpack! I brought it along because it looks nice keke There’s nothing much inside the bag (swimsuit, swimming cap, goggles…and what else were there?..chargers? keke) However, I don’t usually bring a lot of things with me The bag only contained swimming equipments I call this Messy Rock~

[5] March 17, Tuesday!! The weather was cloudy cloudy~~~tiny particles (PM2.5) flying flying~~~ It seemed cold so I wore a Mustang (leather?) jacket But I made a mistake It was hot… I had a blue knitted top underneath that Mustang jacket That’s the main point of this fashion! I wore the stonewashed jeans too yesterday I like it that the black color is so convenient Another main point was my fingers Weren’t they cute? This is what I call Blue Black Rock!!

[6] And finally This might be a little different from the rest of the Rocky collection But knitted hats with ball on top is a must in winter~ Because I didn’t take any pictures of myself, only my clothes~ That’s why… I’m taking pictures of myself instead of singing now From the beginning till the end, this is Rocky in his most comfortable attire One that matches well with Rock practice room fashion The Real Practice Room Rock~!

So this is Rock (b)log? keke That’s right Rock (b)log kekekekekekekeke Sounds like a monster’s name Hyun (b)log?? This’s alright too but Rock (b)log sounds better kekekeke This (Rock/Hyun blog) started for fans who were curious about Rockhyun-ie’s daily life and I hope this helps to answer those curiosities~ The other members will upload their blogs too in various ways in the future So look forward to them~ Wah for the first time, I wrote, deleted And unknowingly have written such a long post Everyone, cheer up, stay strong and I hope you can seek comfort from this I’ll think of something interesting to write next time~ Look forward to it~ See you~
