I find getting back into the way of not eating enough each day after a binge period is the hardest thing to do. I’ve failed 3x now this time
But I need to get back into it ASAP!! I need to be skinny again before I go travelling in July
I’m very pissed at myself, I had the fullest intentions to start losing weight today and I fucked it up
I got to about 5pm without eating and was going strong until i went to Aldi with my mum and bought a tonne of junk food to binge on allll because I felt sorry for myself for having such a shit day. How pathetic
So in October I was 8st, 7 I was skinny! But now I’ve ruined it, ruined all my progress, months starving myself for nothing!
Its now january 24 and I’m 10st, 3lbs and I hate it and I hate myself I must get back down to 8st 7 no matter what. I don’t know how I’ve managed to gain almost 2 stone in 3/4 months but it’s disgusting and I will never forgive myself for it.
Tomorrow (wed 25 jan) will be my first day of the journey back to 8st, 7.
I have to lose 24lbs (1st , 10lbs). I’m giving myself until July, so I have 158days, so I must lose atleast 4lbs a month.
I’ll track my progress by writing a post each day
i gained fucking 9lbs in 2 weeks
i hate myself
i binge ate so bad for a whole 2 weeks and ruined all my progress
i was 8st 7lbs at the start of the month and now i’m fucking 9st 2lbs
now im even further from my goal weight.
if im not 7st 7lbs by the end of the year istg
but now i need to lose 23lbs!!!!! omg
