What are your best tips for loosing weight quick?

EAT A STABLE AMOUNT!

When I was restricting badly and starving, sure I'd lose weight, but honestly as soon as I started eating a minimally restricted diet (1,000 cals of GOOD FOOD) weight started to drop off

Dont believe a lot of what you read in the community, a healthy diet keeps your metabolism up and helps weight loss!

Maybe incorporate things like green tea and excercise to speed up the process and make your body feel better whilst doing so!
