Cat Man.
I have met several cats who seem to actually be a man stuck in a cat body. I think a cat-man pet would be hilarious. HIlarious and creepy.

I've always loved chipmunks. When my family used to go camping the squirrels always seemed to bully the chipmunks, from this I grew a serious soft spot for them. I would love to adopt one and take it home with me.

Week 17: Dream Pet
Illustration of your dream pet.
Funny thing: all my childhood halloween costumes were either superheroes or Draculas (who makes a terrible hero). But there was one year where I went as a trash can.
A JUSTICE DISPENSING TRASHCAN!
I guess this is what happened when I went down the train of thought of "What if I grew up to be my third-grade Halloween costume?" I wish I had the photo to match it. Maybe I'll ask my mom to scan it.
-Kathleen
So mine is less super hero and more SUPER VILLAIN. It was tradition for the kindergarteners to parade around through all the big kid class rooms in their costumes on Halloween, and mom had made me this pumpkin costume that was stuffed with newspaper, so I was extra poofy. And they all laughed.
WHO'S LAUGHING NOW AS I EXACT MY REVENGE, AS THE PUMPKINATOR!
Favorite costume, butterfly complete with cardboard cut out wings. This halloween costume turned superhero comes equipped with hyper sensitive antennas, camouflage wings and a pack of little friends ready to swarm any enemy.

I have ALWAYS, ALWAYS wished I could dress like Minnie Mouse every single day. When I was a kid I would do this, but as an adult... not so much. I am too worried I would be coined the crazy one in the office wearing the mouse ears. But today, today I am going to live out my dream and dress as Minnie Mouse and not appear to be an ounce of crazy, because today I will be in Disneyland! Now all the peeps be jealous of my awesome ears and color coordinated Minnie Mouse outfit. But when I get home.... no more ears.
Just a quick one from me this week. I always wanted to be the girl who made it her thing to constantly bleach out her hair and dye it a variety of fun colors. I've had probably 15+ solid years of people talking me out of doing this because the chemicals are harsh and damaging, and hairdressers basically refusing to do cartoon color because I'll regret it. I see people with great Pantone hair all the time. What sort of determination do they have in their hearts that I'm lacking? —Kathleen
All you nerds know what I'm talking about.

Throughout junior high and part of high school I went through a punk phase. I spent a lot of my time going to local punk shows and learning everything and anything I could about the music & culture, past & present. My favourite part was the fashion. But I was never brave enough to adopt the look myself, especially because it would be such a drastic change from my regular attire. When I'd go to shows, I'd actually overhear a lot of people who were decked out in their bullet belts and studded jackets whisper about how I shouldn't be there and how I didn't fit in because I didn't look the part. It was sad because I loved the scene so much but I couldn't help to be partly turned off by it when I would hear something like that. Now when I look back, they were probably the posers of the scene, much more than I was.. I like to believe that real "punks" wouldn't be so concerned by what someone is wearing.. THOSE GUYS PROBABLY THOUGHT THEY WERE PUNK BECAUSE THEY KNEW WHO THE RAMONES AND SEX PISTOLS WERE. sigh. -Skye
I really wanted Baby Spice's pink tipped blond hair... I even bought pink hair dye once. Never had the guts to go through with it though. Maybe someday, maybe someday.

Alright, yes, there was a brief flash in my life where I went, "you know what would be a great idea? DREADS." Thankfully, upon considering the fact that I would probably get bored in a week and would then have to shave my head, I reconsidered.
