Mini vent right here and apologies

I feel so sick rn and I’m worried that I have strep throat. For context I was playing softball a couple years ago and had a heat stroke in 110 degree weather, when I had the heat stroke, I was on antibiotics for strep. I also have heart problems and I had a heart murmur when I was born and my heat stroke messed with my heart, and the antibiotics, causing something to happen in my body i don’t remember exactly but it made it to where if I get strep again it could fuck with my heart and kill me or put me in the ICU. So I got my tonsils removed so I could lower my chances of getting strep. So I’m now really worried about getting it. I’ve also been a ticking time bomb. Like I’m so pissed off all the time and if I’m not, it’s veryyy Easy to set me off. My guy bsf, Zaiden, can’t even talk to me w/o me yelling at him or having a whole attitude or argument. My gf is the only person I can’t be mad at rn. Even my animals piss me off. Not as much as humans tho. And my chest feels heavy and I’m tired but inspired at the same time and I’m so fucking bored.
