Logging into this blog for the first time in nearly two years just to let everyone know that I too am losing my fucking mind about Ghost Files. I hoped they’d make their own ghost hunting show after cutting ties with Buzzfeed, but I wasn’t confident, y’know? They did it for so long, it’s a gruelling job, it may be tainted by unfortunate memories from working for Buzzfeed, so I’d accepted that may be it. I grieved! I cried during the finale! And now this!

I’m so happy for them. It’s on their terms, now. It’s going to be incredible, and I wish Ryan and Shane all the success in the world.

Just a heads up, I plan to archive this blog pretty soon. It’ll still exist, I’ll just move it to a second account. I won’t be able to easily check messages or asks, and I won’t post anymore. My main is @anxiousoddish if anyone needs it!

I still love the boys, don’t you worry. I’ll be diligently watching every BFU ep and every scrap of Watcher content. I’m just not hyperfixated on it anymore and most of my energy is going to my TGWDLM blog @autistic-paul.

I might take it back at some point, I’ve lost my BFU hyperfixation before and gotten it back, but I’m not counting on it. Thanks for the great time in the fandom, there’s a whole lot of wonderful people here. <3

Knowing that the season finale of True Crime is this Friday, and that it’s not only the hundredth episode of Unsolved, but also a retelling of the very first case ever covered on the show makes my heart warm. They’ve been doing Unsolved now for over 4 years, and it’s super cool to see them hit the 100 episode milestone and celebrate it in their own, special way.
