For all those years I spent in advertising I hate selling. I just want make pretty things, not have to convince people that they should buy them. I feel like I push my ceramics business, @decadentpantry all the time so it surprises me when people don't know that I make (and sell) pretty much every piece of pottery in my shots - including these jugs which are some of my faves. Anyway, if you want functional and beautiful handmade ceramics to dress up your sandwiches and smoothie bowls and morning coffee, check out @decadentpantry - because the more I sell the more I can make (without driving RJ mad due to piles of plates and bowls everywhere 😉). 😘

Those Friday night feels - aka choc nut nicecream on sourdough + red wine = dinner • editing • no rest for the wicked (or for the one-armed 🙈) • Wednesday was 4 weeks since surgery and I'm out of the sling during the day around the house... not that I can actually do anything that involves moving my elbow more than an inch from my ribs so pretty much the damn same as being in a sling still • this shit is getting old • physio on Tuesday is going to be a frick'n party 🙄

I adore everything the gorgeous @mondaymorningcc ladies do and their latest book is no exception! - - - This Date Nut Loaf... be still my heart. I did what I always do, swapping out butter with coconut oil / flour with whole spelt / sugar with an unrefined kind (and even reduced it) and it still came out perfectly - especially when schmeared with tahini & raspberries for breakfast 💃. - - - Side note - the South Indian Fish Curry from the book is now a new dish in RJ's dinner repertoire 💛
