AESTHETIC MEME ! —— List your muse’s aesthetic. Anyone can do this. List your muse’s aesthetic from tastes, smells, outfits & sceneries. Add as many subjects as you like, it can help with people tagging you in aesthetically pleasing things towards your muse!

TAGGING: none ;;
TASTES: Traditional cuisine. Jasmine rice cooked fluffy and moist, miso soup in a dark stone bowl, seafood and the warmth of hotpot. Okonomiyaki. Pastries too are appreciated, but only in moderation.
SMELLS: Simple, clean and muted scents. Clean linen, the fading smell of baked bread, crisp morning air, days-old bonfire smoke & the approaching ocean breeze.
SIGHTS: the top of a building, overlooking a concrete jungle on a clear day. the ocean when it’s raining, rockpools and rainforests and mist on cloudy mornings.
OUTFITS: simple, clean. no collars, nothing constrictive on the upper body. somewhat conservative. long sleeves, but she can handle short skirts so long as she has safety shorts and long boots. juxtaposition like chunky cardigans with crisp pastel tees.
OTHER: aesthetic isn’t singularly held in appearance. it’s in comfort - in feeling. the feeling of home, the feeling of warmth when she’s lonely and dark blues when down. chrome’s a wanderer - she flits from place to place wherever she likes, there is no limit and no concrete preference; there is only a detached sense of belonging and a desire to craft her place.

Gesturing to the plastic bag she clutched, Chrome shrugged lightly. “Late night convenience store shopping.” She spoke, not bothering to add that the snack run really served to double as her grocery shopping for the week - prices are always cheaper when the products aren’t as fresh. “What about you? It’s late...”

[msg] bring soda if you want any.

[text] didn’t bossu say something about not having caffeine late
There's something undeniably intimidating about the elder, but Chrome cannot help but to approach. It's the dead of night and the silence of the park provides an eerie backdrop to her soft footsteps. "Uhm... hello?"
It took half an instant to link voice to identity, eyes flickering briefly over the other’s form ( despite the relative uselessness of one, particularly at this time of night; there wasn’t enough reason to tug down her visor just yet ). A short breath, not quite a sigh, escaped her before she inquired, “What are you doing here?”

There’s cake, and what she thinks might almost be a smile on okaa-san’s face. She doesn’t treasure the memory because she thinks there’ll be better ones to come.

They say birthdays are special, and she joins the rest of the class in toddling up to the big wall opposite to the windows she likes looking out of. She’s holding a small sticker with her name clumsily printed onto it, and the teacher guides her towards the small group on the far end all gathered around a purple poster.
“Your birthdays are all in December,” they’re told, “near the end of the year.” The teacher turns to her. “Nagi, when is yours?”
Wide eyes stare at the slightly crumpled sticker in her grasp. Where others have numbers with their names, she has none. She cannot remember precisely what date her birthday falls on, only that around a certain week each year, she’s given a small slice of cake to eat by herself after dinner.

“Are you having a birthday party, Nagi?” Her classmate asks, knees bumping against hers as they sit side by side up on the top of the tallest playground. “We could play princess! It’d be more fun than at school, because school is boring.”
Nagi fidgets with her semi-eaten bento, Lately, she’s been having difficulty finishing the full portions of her meals. Even as she mentally considers what days Okaa-san and Tou-san are likely to not be home, knows that it would be very possible to host a birthday party just like the others, she hesitates.
Honestly, she doesn’t want to have a birthday party.
Nagi doesn’t like the pressure of socialising and playing pretend and acting as a big sister in a fake family made of all her friends, trying to guess at how she’s meant to act because she knows that her family isn’t quite the ideal.
“Maybe, I’ll have to ask.” She says.
Of course, she never does.

There’s no cake. No one asks her if she’s going to have a party.
Nagi tells herself she doesn’t mind.

Chrome smiles. She hasn’t quite got all the pieces together yet, but she thinks she’s getting there. Nearly.
Leaves her other counterpart (or whatever one might call it) a bouquet of pink Alstroemerias with a small card in it written [Happy Birthday] on her windowsill.
The scent of the lilies permeates her small room with it’s sweet fragrance. Espying the bouquet alongside it’s accompanying card, Chrome’s smile is thankful as she realises from whom it has come from.
“Happy birthday to you too.”
Happy birthday, Chrome <3
“Thank you, Mukuro-sama.” She wills herself to not blush at the unexpected greeting, dipping her head in thanks.
