Update your app to version 1.3.1 to fix 25-1305 error problem

As in Jan 6th, Banyaro Team uploaded a new update for the game to fix future problem of error 25-1305. Every players are recommended to update their game to decrease the possibility encountering error 25-1305. Referring to this official post.

But this update only works for players that are not currently having this error. For those who are experiencing this error right now, please do contact support at this page https://support.aniplex-mobile.jp/banyaro/ Guide for this error can be refer here

They will surely ask you to give them more details about your account. This is actually for security purposes which to confirm that your account are 100% yours and not someone else’s. Guide for filling the details can be refer here

Once you got your transfer account back, you can refer here on how to put it into your game.

The official support also mentioned that there are lots of players that experiencing this error and they are now flooded with requests to get the player’s account back. So this means you really need to wait quite some time until you can get your account back.

Banyaro team also apologized so many time regarding this error and they will try to level up the game quality in the future so that this error won’t happen anymore.
