It's been awhile. I gave up on AC a few months ago. But now that we are getting the big 2.0 update and DLC I'm jumping back in to prepare. Gotta make room for the new crops!

Sorry there has been lack of any updates. But I gotten to a point in animal crossing where nothing new ever happens, unless there’s an update. We all know the Halloween update drops Sep 30 (Japan time) So in USA it’s night of Sep 29th. Was gonna post stuff since I updated. But I soon realized, you can’t access any new content until Oct. So unless you time travel, there’s nothing new. And I only time travel to speed up progress on my island. Not to get items early.

Updates to my island. In order: Entrance, star/fireworks viewing area, orchard, garden, music area, wrestling area, Able Sisters’ and Nook’s Cranny. And overall view of the map. Not at all finished but I did update my dream.

No pic today. But I think I finally had that “Ah Ha!” moment when it comes to my island. Playing since April has taught me, I end up regretting things if it wasn’t an original idea, or I have a picture in my head and things don’t work out the way I see it. And If I worry too much about what other people think, over what I enjoy. 

Time travel for example. or as I like to call time skip. Some people think any kind of messing around with the system time, is cheating. But I don’t see what I do as that. I only skip days if I wanna hurry the building or moving of different buildings and structures. If I don’t, it’s very easy for me to get off the original intended idea. And I don’t even skip days really. I back the time 24 hours. Load and save and put the time back to normal. So I always end up on the same day anyways. I do agree that the type of time travel, where you travel to different times, to experience or get things you cant on current time, is cheating. But I am also not the type of person to tell other people how to play a game.

So this time, the ideas I have are going pretty well!

3rd fireworks in my WIP viewing area. I’m having confidence problems with my island again. I look at what I have done. And it looks a mess. Like I threw it all together. Which is true. The only idea in my head was trying to make part of it look like destiny islands from kingdom hearts. That’s what the elevated parts are. Had trouble even figuring out how I was gonna do that. No plan for anything else. That’s why some of the residents are spread around. Still don’t have an idea where to put the museum. Or what to do with the big circle area. I don’t know...
