Pokopia is so so good.. I struggle to pick up new games as I am finding i have very specific preferences in gaming lol, but this one checks every box... although the storage situation is kind of annoying to me.

this island is so special to me. i have so many good memories here with friends and every little area on this island i worked so hard on. every word i write of this i keep thinking “it’s just an island” but it’s really not?? it was an escape for me and a way to cope after many many hardships in my life. and i am glad to be closing off this chapter in my animal crossing journey (⌒▽⌒)
the island is set at 5am because that’s when i would play the most. until probably like 2 years ago my sleep schedule was messed up and i would often pull all nighters, so i got familiar with the 5am music and it’s very calming for me. you’ll notice there’s a lot of empty spaces on the island and that is simply because the island was never meant to be finished. i probably at some point planned to put something there but due to a mix of burnout and the switch lite breaking for many years… it never happened… and now never will happen! i have wiped the switch lite’s data clean and it is going to be a gift to my nieces (along with another refurbished switch lite bc i can see those girls fighting over it now…)
