Even though I shouldn't have to introduce myself because everyone who is anyone knows my family. But I'm Adelaide Charming. Not Addy, that name is only reserved for close friends and family. If you are not in either group, it's Adelaide only. Daughter of Prince Charming and Cinderella. I'm 24 years old and currently a Grad Student who is also dating the sweetest guy in all of Auradon.

Addy: I only ask because of the wedding coming up and my both my normal hair stylist and makeup artist will be unavailable and I need someone to fill in for them.

Addy: So just out of curiosity what exactly do you do? Just hair? Or do you go into into skin care and nails as well?

Hmm, I suppose I can’t argue with that, although I must admit, it’s not a dream role to star as Juliet like it might have been when I was a child. I prefer musicals to strictly acting, and well – I think people in our generation have stopped really thinking Romeo and Juliet is romantic and have started thinking they’re two dumb kids who threw their lives away. But still! Shakespeare paved the way for so much, it’s hard to turn down a cautionary tale like that.

True. I mean as you get older, the dream totally goes down for a role like that. Musicals are totally this generation. I mean how often to people even see plays anymore with musicals around left and right. Yeah,no matter the view, people should still be educated on it, I think. Shakespeare is the root of it all basically.

Did you wear different clothes for those? That’s so fun, oh my gosh – maybe next semester I should wear a different outfit to every class. Or at least a different accessory! Then people can stay on their toes around me, and maybe that’ll make them feel like they’re ballerinas on the inside!

Yes. I mean my school clothes are while still professional are a bit more relaxed where as my royal clothing is professional times 10. Like there are specific rules to follow for both but I’m able to be more free with my school clothes. It could be a nice little challenge. I mean that would the ultimate chick change given the whole no magic part.

I should have known I could count on a Charming to be so cultured! What shows are your favorite? I’m always excited to hear shows getting some love – even Cats! Everyone’s entitled to opinions, even if they’re wrong, it still means they’re trying.

Well it’s part of the perks I guess. But either way I’ve always enjoyed that side of the entertainment scale. Well of course there’s a classic of Romeo and Juliet. I mean personally that’s my favorite. While it’s a tragic story, it’s still an amazing play.

Yeah! I wish I had the magic power to just spin around and when I stopped spinning I’d be in different clothes, but I’ve tried, it’s super sad that life doesn’t work that way but sometimes that’s the way the cookie crumbles! And crumbs are still delicious so I guess it’s not always such a bad thing.

Honestly I would love a magic power like that. I mean it come in handy when I had back to back days of classes and my princess duties. I mean imagine the time I would save in day. I think it’s a total genius idea.

Give me some Adele or Celine Dion. While I could never compare to them, they are true artists.

Hi friends! Sorry to anybody who was super duper excited to see the costumes I talked about for decade day today, buttttt the craziest thing happened to me yesterday! I was trying to swap costumes as many times as I could handle to make sure I showed love to all my favorite holidays – you know, Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Auradonian Independence Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Thanksgiving – but it turns out that when you’re trying to do a costume change every two hours there’s a loooooot of stuff in your bag and you end up tripping on it and spraining your ankle! So I kind of sort of spent all last night in the infirmary, and then the nurse said if I want to have aaaaaaaany chance of playing in my tourney homecoming game on Saturday, I needed to stay home and keep my ankle iced all day today, too. I promise when I’m all better I can wear my flapper dress on a totally random day and we can flap-flap-dance together, though! 

Wow I have to say while I’m sorry about the ankle, I’m kind of impressed that you tried to have all those outfit changes. I mean it’s a hard thing to do. Granted I’ve never done it with costumes but having multiple outfit changes in a day can be tough.

While I’ve thoroughly enjoyed Spirit Week, I think next year they should put a little more focus on amazing characters and less focus on blander things like colors and pajamas. I mean, I hardly even saw anyone using favorite fictional character day to dress up as iconic characters from plays.

What a shame that is. I mean personally I think more people should take advantage of fictional characters from plays, especially when they are wonderful plays to pay tribute too.

NSYNC or Backstreet Boys?

Honestly I’m not much of  a boy band girl. But I will say that if I had to pick a handful to listen too, these two would for sure make the cut. Both are great groups but I guess if I was forced to choose, I’d say Backstreet Boys because honestly mad respect for sticking to together for all the year they have.

Godmother those things can’t be healthy. I mean first off they sound unnecessarily sweet and second, I can’t even imagine what the carbs, calories or even sugar in those are.

It’s official. I am no longer doing schoolwork at Crownbucks. That place is getting dangerous now. The other day, some idiot nearly spilled his coffee on my laptop. I’m serious - the liquid was about an inch or two away from hitting my laptop on the table. I mean, whatever higher power is out there must have been looking out for said idiot. Because if he had actually spilled coffee on my laptop, I would have killed him.

That is exactly why I refuse to do my school work in coffee shops. I mean the amount of potential accidents like that is just so not worth the risk I think. Plus I just feel like there is so much more noise in those places between the chatter and the coffee machines. I’ll stick my room or the library when it comes to my work, thank you.

Wow fashion design. That must be fascinating as well. Oh of course. But honestly even if I were not a royal, I still educate myself on the world. I’m studying law.

Honestly, mental health issues as a whole are important. Like, people in Auradon kind of love to sweep things under the rug and act like everything and everyone is perfect – which probably just makes the mental health issues here worse, people don’t feel free to talk about them or seek help for them because there’s so much stupid stigma.

I agree. Have you thought about trying to change all of that like talking to Fairy Godmother and trying to create someone for mental help on campus or something like that. I mean you clearly care about the topic and I’m sure that even if people around here would appreciate something like that, even if they don’t actually admit it.
