their is a lion and a sheep in all of us.

the rooms I fill are getting bigger and bigger

yet I can count who loves me on one hand.

the longer I exist in this world

the longer my beauty will be

taken from me.

everyday shit, every night shit

let’s stop pretending.

let’s pretend we’re numb.

straight faced

just my trying it keep it all in

sobbing,

I try to be the bigger person

but I always end up sobbing.

ego is noticing you have a big scary shadow following you

and using that big scary shadow to your advantage you walk and talk like you have this big scary shadow following you to intimidate people

and when confronted about your new behavior and actions you realize everyone else has a shadow too

I’ve done it

I’ve finally lost my mind

hooray.

Every night I hope to dream of you

But yet again

nothing but darkness

and then I wake up

to even darker world.

I want to wake up and smell like you

I’m here but with every gasp

I’m farther and farther away,

watching everything like I’m in a screen

found a new place to drown.

count your blessings, you don’t know how many you have left.
