"Well, regardless, thank you Ms…" He let out a soft laugh, wringing his hands behind his back as he walked. "I’m terribly sorry, I don’t believe I caught your name." When she looked back again he offered an apologetic smile, the expression not feeling quite right on his face.
Francis looked over her shoulder, an awkward laugh falling from her lips. "Oh, it's no problem. I'm Agent Bower."
She turned her attention forward again, furrowing her brow. "I don't think I got yours, either." Should she be taking an unnamed man to a director? If he'd managed to get into SHIELD, he probably was alright. But maybe they'd take a small detour anyway... she led him down a hallway a few feet and to an elevator. They'd have to backtrack after this choice, but a little distraction would be fine. She pressed the button and after a minute or so tapped her foot a little impatiently. Their systems must have been pretty backed up for the elevators to even be affected. This guy sure picked a day to get lost.
