I am big worrier and I am also calmness in human form. At the same time. I don’t know how I do it but I am both. Maybe because, it’s a normal part of us humans to worry about tomorrow because it’s something we’re not certain about. So yes, it’s normal to be worrying about our future. But growing up, I’m taught to trust in God, my might Creator who loves me more than anything. I’m taught to put my faith on Him about everything, including my future. I am aware of the uncertainty of my future but I am also aware of the future God has prepared for me. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. So now, even that I worry about it, I am sure about one thing: God holds my future so if there’s something I should worry about more, it’s the gift of today because wasting our “today” is like wasting our tomorrows.
