I’m sure that she’s fine. Your parents will do their very best to see that she’s happy I know it. If they had believed they could then I’m sure they would have sent her with you, or taken her somewhere else to make sure she was safe.

I sure hope so... Well, she's not going to be any safer with me worrying about her. I guess I should focus on what I've got in front of me.
I suppose that could do it. It’s scary to think that the government over there has so much power over everything. I mean the media must be just as corrupt as the government is. Well they haven’t been going as well as I’ve hoped that’s true, but that doesn’t mean they can’t get better.
I honestly don't know. I suspect bribery so that the media doesn't publish anything about it. It's sickening. That's why I had to leave. I couldn't do anything about it on my own, so I decided to come back.

I think I somewhat remember that. Though I can’t say that’s really ever been my best subject. I do remember how awful some of those camps they mentioned were. From what I can tell, it's being kept secret. It's only occurring within the Wizarding community- this fascist movement- and the muggle disappearances that result from it are disguised as murders. I don't exactly know all the details. It wasn't so bad when we first got to Italy... but then things started to go downhill.

You just left your family there? Wow things really must be bad then. Perhaps your family has their own secret motives as to why they’re staying there. Like perhaps there’s something here that’s keeping them from returning.. If it’s as bad as you say I’m sure they have some reasonable excuse. I tried to take Olivia, but my dad refused. I don't know... I just needed to get away. It's like- it's like 20th century fascist Italy. Remember when we touched on World War II in History of Magic? It was like that.

I came here on my own. Things were fucked up over there... I couldn't take it. I saw, things, that were just plain horrible. I can't even begin to describe what happened. Italy was much worse than what's going on here. Honestly, I'm not sure why my family decided to stay.
