The Dragon Prince Season 2 ASL Translations

Episode 4

3:17: I SEE ELF BREACH THERE

It’s missing the past tense signifier but the translation is roughly “I saw elves on the breach near our outpost.” Referencing her earlier fight.

3:43: NO SOMETHING WRONG ESTABLISH SEARCH GROUP

Exactly as it sounds, with English being “No something’s wrong ready a search party.”

15:40: DANGER

Again literally that, but interesting to note he signs it small to avoid detection.

Episode 5

20:40: HAHA THAT SIGN OH-I-SEE

This doesn’t translate very well, as OH-I-SEE is a sign language expression, but she’s potentially mocking his unfortunate hand gesture, or potentially just making light of him making his own “sign”, it’s hard to be sure. As it’s Amaya, her humor could go either way.

Episode 6

7:55: HOW MY-FACE LOOK-LIKE?

NOT GREAT, SEE OTHER BOY

“How’s my face look?” And “Not great, but you should see the other guy.”
