i'm fairly new to the fandom, but i adore shevine. i love your blog. could you tell me what was the defining moment for adam and blake? when did the ship start?

Ooh…… that’s a toughie.. Some might say at the first interview that popped up online:

Some might say it was from when Blake had his team sing “This Love” (which for me solidified all of the flirting and everything prior) *cough* Blake’s part in this performance sounds suspiciously like Lay Low, but.. *sips tea* *cough*

Some might say it was when we knew they hung out outside of the voice

Some might say it was the first reach around joke and Blake and Adam’s drunken tweets from “Lucky Strike” *cough* the title of a Maroon 5 song on a later album *cough*

Some might say the hug that Blake and Adam shared after Javier won..

Some might say Blake’s interview after the first season and when he said “I get sick when I think what if I would’ve passed on this or they had moved on and hadn’t waited on me.”

And some might say it was when they spent New Year’s Eve together..

I guess it just depends on when you think a ship starts, is it when they first meet and have an undeniable chemistry? Is it when you see that they’re forming a relationship that goes beyond a professional one? Is it when they innuendos are flying around left and right and the UST is so thick in the air that you’re choking on it? Is it when you get genuine moments that weren’t meant for all to see? Or when you get a serious moment in an interview from an individual who is almost always anything but serious? Guess that’s up to you!
