|| Trevor & Alex
Alex: Everything happens for a reason. That was a thought that had been running through Alex's head for a really long time now. For the past couple of years, Alex had done pretty much everything what he wanted to do. Cry, laugh, travel, get drunk for seven days straight (several times) and much more. Alex had traveled from Australia back to New York, stopping by everywhere where he wanted. You could say that he had a lot of Airmiles these days. His last stop had been New York, where he stopped to say hi to his family. It was a thing he felt like doing before flying back to Europe. He had been happy that his ex mother in law had stopped by several times to take care of the plants next to the gravestone. It meant they weren't alone in this big city and there was still someone to take care of them when he wasn't there. Alex's mom had moved back to Italy with his uncle. Yeah, that had been a shocker when he found out but if both of them were happy, why not? With both of them moved back to Italy Alex didn't want to go back to Boston instead of that he decided to join them. For the year Alex had been living in Italy again, starting a new life without any American drama. It had been amazing, but even sometimes he missed it. Every now and then he would still send some messages to Trevor or Mikelea just to check up on them, but that was pretty much the only two he still had been in contact with from Boston. But for sure it had been three years since had seen anyone from there. Right now he could pretty much do whatever he wanted and still he choose to stay close to his mom. One night, on Alex his twenty eight birthday, his cousins decided to take him to Rome, to celebrate it over there. It might have been somewhere around two in the night when Alex left the bar and went sitting outside somewhere close to a fountain. While he grabbed his cigarettes and lighter he did start to wonder what was next, even though he wanted to stay close to his mom he needed something new. A new adventure. Closing his eyes, Alex lightened up the cigarette.
