A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
oh dean is so affectionate. he literally canāt keep his hands off you, no matter where you are or what youāre doing, if youāre together heās touching you in one way or another. if youāre in public he loves to throw his arm over your shoulders and pull you into his side. but if youāre alone, usually in his room at the hockey house or your dorm, heās a big cuddler. will literally pull you on top of him and wrap his arms around you tight enough to keep you there. touchiest man alive fr
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
it would start in some stupid way, heād show up to class empty handed just so he can ask the pretty girl that sits beside him if he can borrow a pen and paper (not that he uses it with how much time he spends staring at you). but fast forward a few months and youāre the best of friends. everyone in each of your lives begins asking where the other is if youāre not together (which is fair, you spend most waking hours tg). i think heās very attentive, he pays attention and makes a point in showing you that whether it be knowing youāre locked up in your dorm studying for a big test and he shows up with a bag of your favorite takeout or noticing youāre running low on some product you use and he spends twenty minutes in the store finding it and replacing it for you and so many other little things as well. man is down bad
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
kinda already covered this in A but yeah he loves to cuddle, so much so that you will have to pry him off of you so he wonāt miss practice
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
i think heāll want to settle down eventually, probably take a few years after college to get prepared but you're together for all of it. heās not good at cooking or cleaning but he loves to spend time in the kitchen trying out new recipes you found even if he has no idea what the hell heās doing. as for cleaning, he picks up after himself but heās also a bit messy, it just doesnāt bother him really. (not that he lets you clean up after him, no matter what if you try it heās on his feet in seconds )
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
he wouldnāt but for the sake of thisā¦heād probably try and let you down easy and it comes across so much worse than he meant for it to but hey, you had to break up at least this way itāll stick
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
my guy has commitment issues from hell. itās takes a while for him to feel really truly comfortable and confident in your relationship, a year at absolute most but you make it really hard for him to last that long. it takes him a while longer to decide how he feels about marriage and whether or not thatās something that he wants and in the end it is but if we refer back to D it would take a few years, but youāre engaged a year after graduation. he wants to make sure he has enough time to save up and give you the wedding you want + deserve.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
heās very gentle with you, youāre the most special thing in his life & heās not going to do anything to jeopardize that.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
he loves a good hug but he prefers cuddles
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
it takes him a minute, a solid 6-7 months at least, he wants to be sure youāre as serious about it as he is before he says anything
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when theyāre jealous?)
not really no, heās confident in your relationship & how you both feel about each other, doesnāt matter if some drunk frat bro tries to flirt with you bc at the end of the day youāre still with him
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
his kisses are soft and so full of emotion, you can feel how much he loves you. he loves to kiss your neck, the way your lashes flutter when he hits that one spot that just gets you every single time. as for where he likes to be kissed, he loves your kisses so much he almost doesnāt even care but he does really enjoy when you kiss his chest.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
heās okay, he doesnāt really know what to do with a kid but heās not the worst.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
lazy and in bed 100% of the time. heāll wrap his big arm around you and pulls you as far into his side as possible and attack your face (and neck š) with kisses.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
usually curled up in his bed at the hockey house watching some dumb movie together that neither of you are really watching because youāre too busy talking and laughing with each other.
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
for little things? whatever you want to know but for bigger more important things? not right away, but he doesnāt take a super long time either, probably 2-3 ish months. heāll tell you anything you want to know after that.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
heās quite patient, it takes a lot to genuinely make him angry.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
he. remembers. everything. doesnāt matter how little if itās even remotely important to you heās got it locked away in his brain (and notes app, just in case).
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
your first date. he took you to a fancy new restaurant youād mentioned wanting to go to in passing, where you spent hours just talking and getting to know each other while your food went cold and neither of you even noticed
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
heās so protective. for instance, if you're at a party his eyes are glued to your cup until he steals it from you if you get a little too carried away dancing and covers the top of the red solo cup with his big palm.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
when the season is going heās not able to do as much as he wants to but he makes up for it in little ways like picking you up a little trinket he saw when he was out because it reminded him of you or ordering food to your dorm when he knows youāve been locked in your room all night studying. but when itās the off season he makes up for it, planning surprise dates, going on weekend road trips etc etc. for your anniversary though, he goes all out, fancy restaurant, an expensive gift that he knows youāve been eyeing but wonāt buy for yourself, he even pays tuck $20 to make a path of rose petals leading from the front door to his room once youāve left for dinner.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
he bites and picks at his nails a lot, usually before a big game when he gets really anxious.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
i mean itās dean, he likes to look good and we all know it comes natural to him.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
yes 100%.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
he prefers locking pinkies over holding hands

basic i know but he hates an unnecessarily loud eater, itās a hard no for him.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
canāt sleep without a fan on, he runs hot & with how close to you he likes to be at night it can get a little warm.
