Hi! I was wondering if you had a general price guideline and if we had to supply rhe cards for the commissions as these are awesome. I apologize if you have a FAQ section, I didn't see one but am on mobile.

Don’t worry, there’s not FAQ section (yet!). I tend to use http://www.alteredmtgcardart.com/altered-mtg-card-prices.ws as a baseline, but those may change depending on the desire of the client. As for sending cards, that’s negotiable. If you don’t want to ship one to me I’ll include the cost of buying the card myself in the price of the commission.

Are these tournament Legal?

Probably. As with any alter, it’s up to the final discretion of the head judge, but, according to Wizard’s alteration guides as long as they match the original style of the card and have black or white borders they’re good.
