A smirk unfurled across Teak’s face. “It’s his own fault for falling for that trap in the first place,” he said dismissively. He leaned forward cautiously, looking down into the carefully dug trap. The Athena kid at the bottom struggled in the mass of ropes which had snapped shut on him as soon as he hit. He looked more wrapped up than a mummy, and the the rope over his mouth prevented him from speaking.

“And I thought Athena kids were supposed to be smart,” Teak laughed. He moved back away from the pit and glanced at Bexley. “How long do you think it’ll take him to get out of there?”

With expertise she held back a small laugh at Teak’s dig, opting to clear her throat with a small cough instead. Sure they were a brilliant bunch normally, but she couldn’t blame the kid for not expecting to be the butt of a ridiculous practical joke while simply walking to the washrooms. “Hmm-” she mused, shrugging her shoulder & leaning over the deep hole to take a quick look at the camper’s process. Nope, still stuck.

“An hour, maybe two. But just in case I’m wrong we should evacuate the crime scene. Dish duty really isn’t my thing.” Bex commented idly, turning away just as a crowd began to appear. It wasn’t her trap & she wasn’t quite sure it was Teak’s; still she wouldn’t put it past any of the counselors to blame her. 

It really is something she would do.

like as much as i love icons and a good psd, sometimes its just tasking to do. and not everyone has great resources. so if you’re okay with having threads with no icons, please reblog this so that people know you’re okay with it. i feel like roleplayers today are too focused on the aesthetics and won’t follow people who use base icons or even none at all. it’s not about icons, but about the writing !!

◤(un)popular opinion; i’m not really a fan of muses who pull the ‘i’m not afraid of you, lol’ card with dangerous or powerful muses when they are being threatening ( or even if they appear humble or cute but are full of power ). if it wasn’t for being called god modding, i’m 700% sure these more powerful muses would have, could have, should have killed another muse if they persistently irritate them. especially if the offending character is a run of the mill human. unless your muse has dealt with similar monsters/menacing personalities/dangerous situations - try not to antagonize deadly muses to the point of obvious rage knowing the writer can’t really write them killing your muse even though that is completely in their nature to do so.

if u are an active (/semi active, too!) canon pjo rp blog, could u reblog pls. i’m gonna make a page w/ all y’all on it so that when we get new folks/when the fandom begins to wilt under the strain of how Trash we all are (we’re beautiful trash, the shiniest, chromest trash) and vanish one by one, we will at least know where the active folks to rp w/ are!! bc nothing sucks more than being new to/returning to a fandom rp thing and finding nobody to share ur interests in :C
