Ate more than my dad today im actually going to kms

And i havent been able to fast or restrict for a very long time since so many holidays and birthdays have come up and i think ive gained a lot…

I’ll buy those hunger block pills later and see if they work- ill update (:

Does anybody know if these actually work?

Every time i try to fast, i always end up convincing myself that it’s not worth it and i end up eating anyways because I’m so hungry :/ maybe these will help idk ?

They r about 8$ btw i just want to know if it’s worth it

Some rules i try to remember-

* Liquid fast at least once a week.

* When restricting, don’t eat under 300, you body will go into starvation mode stay at 400 minimum and 800 max.

* Drink 8 glasses of water every day (2l)

* Drink black coffee in the morning. It should fill you up.(+boost metabolism)

* Drink at-least 2 cups of green tea every day. (+boost metabolism)

* Try to be a little bit active after every meal.

* Eat 3 meals while restricting. (If you absolutely crave a snack just take a fruit or some berries.)

* Don’t eat after 18:00

* Drink water before every meal.(it should fill you up and keep you from overeating)

* Try to burn at least 200 cal every day

* Don’t drink your calories.

* Cut off meat (except chicken and fish)

* Use olive oil instead of butter while using a frying pan for ex chicken.

*Fast every night for at least 16h.
